That 4 times per turn feels so damn wrong
For real. This just feels wrong. But there's a lot of things in modern yugioh that feel wrong.

Memento is fun but MAN is it an endurance test to play. I can see why the OCG might be able to top with it once it gets better cards, but it's probably too complex to see a lot of usage over extended tournament play where the chances of slip ups increase the further you go(which is where you NEED to be doing better to do well).
The fun thing about memento is that each monster kinda does something different. Really much more interesting to watch instead of each card having the same effect for so many archetypes these days
They uh, all destroy themselves for something, they have one thing in common. I get it, it's unlike unchained where if they got destroyed they float into another unchained but they still do same things.
@@CrnaStrela The fact that they destroy themselves doesn't really mean that they do the same thing, it's only a common thing that makes the deck function as a whole. Witch on summon search a monster, Dark Blade on summon pops a backrow, Tatsu foolish up to 3 destroying it self; etc. They all does different things, the point of destroying themselves is just a thing to happen and trigger a effect. Unchained has much more similar effects since almost all of them special from the deck when they get destroyed, Memento is a much more unique deck in comparison.
@@matheusmmariz yeah then what decks were they talking about? Most deck which has thematic effect got different effects on it. Memento is exactly that, so is unchained and horus.

Depends if Konami keeps up this duel links-esque style of making every new card UR. It's a fast way to kill deck diversity or try to force f2p players to use their wallets.

I'm very, very hesitant to play vs Maxx C myself. I understand why the first person botched the game, but you may as well try to OTK at that point, i agree. OTK and win or try to OTK and surrender
No Girsu token in the first duel? It's a free Link monster + shuts off Imperm. Orcust player could have had another Link monster like SP or Verte Anaconda if running DPE.

I don't know if dkayed already leaked any structure deck, but by his leaks the next pack is sky strikers, photon lord should be a safe craft if you wanna play with Horus
@@eriksa530 He leaked a Galaxy/Tachyon structure deck a few weeks ago. Personally I'm waiting until we know for sure whether Photon Lord is in there.

You would think they would learn from Kashtira that free bodies for any deck is a horrible idea same with easy discards. At least they are level 8’s this time but on GOD still a bad idea
Level 8 is even worse. Level 8 is probably one of the most flexible Level to summon extra deck boss monsters on the field.

Difference is that this one get really hurt by Ash (Imsety getting ash hurt a lot) and you can Maxx C before they start special summoning themselves since they need to hit the gy first unlike Kash where they jump scare you from the hand.
So a lot weaker than Kash.
@@FrostReave what I mean is level 8 is versatile. You can even use it to make level 12 synchros easily which could end to you know who. They can also be used as fodders for cards like trade in. Also level 8 can be used to one of the best otk xyz card there is. And any deck can do those

I have completely quit the game, i can't keep up with all the cards i want to play being UR and not having enough currency to craft/pull them lmao, it's still always fun to watch your tournament videos though. always be here watching you guys play :")
They need a new currency type maybe a weekly pack were they put staple cards or a reward where you can put on a ur you want and it increases your chance of getting it
If you build a good deck once that will let you keep up even if you are ftp, as long as you grind some ranked and the events
@@weebutrash8733 i built plenty of great decks already but i really just want to play the new ones that comes out everytime, maybe it's a me problem since i can't get attached to a deck and want to keep playing new decks. not all the new ones that come out but atleast the interesting ones :>
