Made these today and honestly, this has to be the best fudgy brownie I’ve ever made!The center was chewy, the PB was the perfect accent to all the chocolate goodness going on. And the chocolate chips kept its shape and it was great! I had to cut these into small squares because I could’ve sat there and ate half the pan if I wanted to 😆! Thank you for sharing this ❤️
These were great! I noticed a little late that i only had two eggs so I substituted one of the eggs with a tsp of baking powder and melted all the chocolate chips into the batter and used crunchy peanut butter instead of smooth, which resulted in a gorgeous Fudgy brownie with a crackly top. The whole tray was gone in less than 3 hours! ( bonus points, the house now smells amazing 😂)
These were a neighborhood classic when I was growing up; they were always at yard sales, fundraisers, backyard barbecues and bake sales. Thanks for sharing your recipe! I can't imagine anyone not liking these.

Oh My Gosh! Another Fabulously Delicious looking dish!! Although I’m sure that you won’t even see this John, I gotta share this with you- Last weekend, it was my young neighbor’s Birthday- Since her husband is military and they’re away from their families, I wanted to do something special for her- Especially when she shared with me that she didn’t grow up with a Mom who Ever Baked for her ☹️ So, I baked her the cake and frosting of her choice, which I Of Course had to use your American Buttercream- Except, per her request, I added crushed Oreos to it- And, Needless to say, It was a HUGE Success!! And using the leftover frosting, I then baked my family a chocolate cake, covered with the Oreo Buttercream!! So, THANK YOU John for helping me to make the people in my life that I care about feel Special! And with that, Many Blessings to You, Bryan, your Precious Boys, and Beautiful Mom!! 💜

I must have baked hundreds of trays of brownies so far for our friends and family using Jamie Oliver's recipe but yours is my new go to favourite brownie recipe. Absolutely yummy. You asked for other variations to your brownies - how about adding dried sour cherries and walnuts? All your other cake recipes are yummy too.

I made them yesterday for Superbowl and they wefe EXTREMLY Sweet even though i left out 1/4 cup of granulated sugar it was still too sweet. If I make it again i will take out all the granulated sugar and just use the brown one

I made these and it turned out so good. Moist and fudgy. The only downside is that its a bit too sweet. I took out ⅓ cup of sugar from both brown and white sugar, and its still too sweet to my liking. I skipped the peanut butter topping and only made the brownies. Beating eggs with sugar is going to double the volume of your batter. It does give you the shiny and crackly top but your brownies is going to be too thick. I suggest using a 9x9 inch pan instead of 8x8 inch. Definitely my go to brownies recipe i love it so much 💖

I always bloom my Coco Powder in the melted Butter first and I melt my chocolate chips in a separate bowl or sauce pan then I add the melted chocolate chips into the butter mixture I add my eggs one at a time then add my sugar stir till all combined then I fold in my flour.....
How about brigadeiros? They are an amazing little treat from Brazil made with condensed milk! Add some cocoa powder or any other ingredients you like, it's such a rich little bite that I think beats a truffle.

This looks delicious. Here's a suggestion, try adding toffee chips on top of regular fudge. It's a hit every year during the holidays.

When we make Brownies here in UK we whisk eggs with sugar and then add melted chocolate butter and then mix in the dry ingredients.
