Looking forward to seeing the D500 build. I would like to see the red Ford crewcab be restored to original. That engine ran perfectly when you got it running.
I like bullnose Ford trucks especially the 84-86 f250 350 420 cubic inch idi international 6.9 litre diesel,, slick side Ford trucks and bumpside Ford trucks, and you have heard my comments on the fox body mustang if I was going to build one i would get a 79-86 mercury Capri those i actually like and they are just different enough to be unique and I love the tailights on them,, and they don't have the escort ish 87-93 mustang dash ironically 79-84 mustang didn't either they had a very similar dash to the Capri..., and I actually like the 79-96/97 ford Thunderbird and the sn95 ford mustangs.... Those i might consider but I really want a bumpside Ford truck for a project.... And you and your father in law could always drop a 4.6 v8 3 valve in the white ranger....
Is that 70 dodge have a poly 318 or LA ? If its a poly engine those are a tank of a small block strong cast iron and its a semi hemi which is why i love Chrysler. I think thats a good idea keeping that 2wd bent side the way it is and just do a quick flip and putting that rebuilt in the pinto. For the 4wd truck just do like your old dodge of putting the can either on a 2nd or even 3rd gen frame.
I’ll make a video comparing the 70s ford frame to a 90s dodge frame. Those old ford frame are legit. Just as good as a 90s dodge. Ahead of its time compared to Dodge for sure. Any yeah poly 318 in the dump truck. Originally a 6cylinder truck from what I remember
@@samsonandrew7652 oh i agree i mean even the 1st gen cummins frames are a joke not even being boxed. im a mopar guy but if Ford got some strong frames and honestly if ford partner with cummins id be driving a f250 cummins. Problem with Chrysler in the 60s and 70s cars is the horrible unibody and torsion bar front ends. The old joke i tell everyone is “ have you taken care of your lower control arm bushings”. its not a good design but now you can buy kits like QA1 makes that can put coils and you can weld in sub frame connectors but its still not the best. If you wanted to race either your 70 charger or challenger with crazy torque i would definitely address the frame because these bodies twist like you wouldn’t believe. Also that poly 318 is a strong engine for being a tiny small block if you ever wanted to build more power or need parts for it i got you brother.
@@Anthony12valve440RB after your first comment I had to invest a couple hours into the dump truck. Old rig didn’t let me down. I have a video lined up with that rig coming soon. Funny combo of engine in big trucks back in the day but low gearing helps ha
Please put a a 289 or 302 V8 in it. In 1983 my Brother had a 69 Pinto we put a 302 in it and 4 speed manual. We had so much fun in that car. I had to 69 Dodge Dart 340 he beat me beat most of the time

Those bumpers are sweet, great find!
No lie but I can straight up kickup! Lol Those oldschool reunel bumpers are a nice find👌🏻
Sounds like you got your hands full in a good way. I just found your channel 😁. Thank for the video
dad always yelled maintanance. old dodge can be nice to. dont get to see d500 round here. great to look at, thanks,
I’m not a big Ford guy but that white 79 crew cab shortbed is a badass truck.
That D500 would make a nice roll off for hauling other vehicles. Do they make "Alcoa's" that size? LOL --gary
nice collection fords and the crew cab awesome too awesome dump truck too nice looking truck
Nice collection of old vehicles.
Awesome collection, but definitely need a v8 pinto build
I love how when you restore a truck you actually use the truck for truck stuff or sell them to someone who will use them.

I won’t complain if you go ahead and ship the 67 dodge and the 78 ford on down to Florida. 😂😂
Looks like my old 1973...
Lol... The 2.0 is a solid fun build. The 2.3l Kent sucks. I've yet to see a coyote pinto. I have seen Windsor 351 5 speed

Time to expand the shop
Someday definitely
I love the pinto
Guess I’ll watch this one first. lol Oh no , not a pinto. 😬
Hahah
@@samsonandrew7652 No skateboarding for me. I had a go kart and then moved up to Kawasaki 100 street an trail. 👍🏻
I might not have kickflipped a couple of times wasn't because I didn't want to it was because I was no good on a skateboard lol
In the dump truck...

Poly block 318
Coyote swap the pinto.
