I couldn't figure out why this particular CN pilot had such a "grainy" look to it compared to others. Also, Ryan Stiles voiced Vivian? Wow, I could have sworn I remembered it was Nick Bakay.

Nobody seems to talk about this cartoon, this was created for Hanna Barbera and Cartoon Network on 2000 before The Loud House came to Nickelodeon in 2016. This gets a pass, the jokes work, the voice acting and dialogue was great, the sound effects work out perfectly like any Hanna Barbera cartoon would, the craziness makes sense, and this is cartoon short is great! This cartoon short reminds me of Ren and Stimpy, and I like the voice acting Tom Kenny gave Rolo on how well Rolo sounded. Masterpiece!

To be fair, you can tell that he, Craig McCracken, and Chris Savino all influence each other, because their animation styles are very, very similar.
I bet if Loud House was made and came out a long time ago in the 90s or early 2000s, then the show's style would look closely to this than it is now.
