It's not a sport, and they are not athletes. It's a pageant, pure and simple. They don't compete based on effort preformed during the show, they get evaluated based on how their bodies look regardless how they achieved it or what oil they put in or on, and get judged subjectively.
BodyBuilding League so working out 5-6 times a week is nothing then? Ok.
-,' RED ',- doesn't matter how long they train. At the end of the day, they still get judge by their looks and not their athletic performance.

I think the classic is where it's at. The Arnold look was a better look than what it is now. No bubble guts or anything. I'm not into competing but it's interesting to watch. See how much dedication and time and everything these people put into it.
Phil looks like he has a bowling ball in his stomach. The insulin-induced physique is disgusting. I don't envy his body in the slightest, unlike with Arnold and the builders from the 70s.
It kills me when people say negative things about any bodybuilder. They don't realize the sacrifice it takes and the luck of not injuring yourself while trying to make gains. People don't have a right. It's only 5 people on stage from the whole world at 13:18! Look at these dudes! Imagine every second of the day, you are counting calories, measuring amounts, going to bed early, getting up early, shaving all the cracks of your ass! I give it up to anyone who can get a pro-card! god, it's embarrassing what the sport has come down to....big bellies and roided up weirdos...gon' be vegetables soon enough.
Kronicz The big guys take a lotta roids and depending on which one it gives you, that's what roid they take
unnatural nutrition...these big bellied creatures, don't really work much on cardio. they eat more than they burn, in order to get big....when they reach their limit, they consume unimaginable volumes of different kinds of steroids to help them lift even more, which requires them to eat even more to get bigger. as such, the body doesn't grow in a natural, uniform manner. that's why these freaks have biceps bigger than most people's thighs and just as big a belly. when u compare these beings to natural builders, you'll see the difference. for reference, you take the legend arnold himself...he used to take steroids too, but to a certain level and he used to work a lot on cardio. as such, his body was uniform, symmetrical and aesthetically perfect. natural builders look good overall as they work their entire body without pumping shit in that doesn't belong. hence, they are much smaller in size as the human body has a natural limit. when u are fat and you do a shit ton of ab exercises, your abs become visible through the fat. then they go on and oil it up to virtually give it more definition...basically photoshopping your body. natural builders work a lot on cardio, to burn the fat, then work the abs, so you have those chiseled blocky features. these roided junkies don't show these traits.
any drug used to increase size...hgh, synthol or any type of anabolic steroids is what i generalized and called steroids. yes, people can take steroids, not work out and end up looking completely bloated. those who use it to compete, focus on size and end up looking like pregnant buffaloes. and lastly, yes, several of those all natty builders on youtube or instagram use similar substances and do a shit ton of cardio to look more natural. however, to compete in an all natural body building contest, you are tested randomly, throughout the year....pretty much like any professional sport. the idea i tried to convey was pretty accurate as i was talking to a layman and not a drug fueled, mindless inbred. PS: this is not a stab at you or anything, just explaining things in laymen terms.
