Thank you, for showing wolves, and humans, in their true and best light. The wolves are indeed our brothers and sisters and they need our voices more than ever. This is greatly appreciated. Many blessings.
You can see how at peace the wolves were, laying down with the man. And even, if you look close, you can see the white one has a smile. Also, when the first wolf (Black) approaches the downed hiker, you will see him dive his head towards him. This is called a "Scent rub" and is to mingle his (The wolf's) scent with the human's. It is a gesture of friendship for a wolf to do this.
I love how someone else noticed this! What a compliment to the actor to have the Wolves feel that comfortable

Kudos to the director in taking a different turn and not portraying wolves as such a bad way as most do.I would stay at this place just cause the commercial and direction they went with it.

Congratulation! This is the most wonderful loving Shamanic story telling in a commercial that I have ever seen! This is the kind of commercial I would like to see in the future! This clip will also help to show humanity that wolves are our friends not our enemies and we must learn to live in peaceful co-existance with them again. Fantastic story! I love it!

I cry every time I watch this commercial.
I watched this video many years ago. I still love this video advertising Shangri La Hotels and Resorts. Because of its atrong message I have always wanted to see and visit those hotels. I would like to thank the creators of this video. Maybe I feel like that because I do not feel home as home.

It's good to see an advert that not only looks great but has a meaning and should make you think. Far too many commercials these days just don't ask anything resembling thought from the target audience, just a suggestion to go buy some rubbish they can do without.
I can only agree with every comment left here. The first time I saw it I was completely blown away: It's beautifully shot, the wolves are truly magnificent, and I shed a tear watching it. (shedding a tear over a commercial...apparently miracles do happen :) )

It is soo beautiful, beyond words. In the stream of spam and endless washing powder commercials coming from TV in the background, this ones makes you stop and actually watch and listen, out of nowhere - something true, something beautiful This commercial made my day. Thank you.

I keep coming back to see your commercial, because it's beautiful and wolfs are magnificent creatures. It pains me, though, seeing them in chains here, subdued, not running free where they belong.
Keep pursuing your dream my friend. You never know where it will lead you. I had a dream about a white wolf in a barn a few years before I met the white wolf in the videos I have posted.
The wolves were absolutely gorgeous =') I kept forgetting to read the subtitles when they were being filmed X'D I was too busy just staring at them! They're just too beautiful.

If anyone is wondering about the true nature of wolves, this commercial is not far from the truth. People have seen them bastardized so much on TV and in the movies, that is literally the only input they have of these magnificent creatures. I have been protected selflessly by wolves, from people, and even other wolves, once. It *is* in their nature to be protectors, and they harbor no anger towards us as humans. fantastic and well done. kudos to the client and the team. this would have required lots of courage to sell and approve and do - will this make more business or sell rooms in HK or elsewhere that I don't know...but it definitely made me feel wanted...and will look up the hotel next time in HK....
