I used a Louisville baseball bat on a home intruder in my neighbor's home. He's currently unable to feel from the neck down and I was awarded a hero citation by my city. I have never had and martial arts training in my life but I always have a bat in my vehicle and by my bed.
I love the Philippines and the Filipino people they are smart, kind and hardworking big hearted people.
I like your style and would love yo be able to do what you do.
Thank you very much..
Good advice. I think most of us get excited and when we see people, like yourself, flow so nice, we want to get that right away. Happens with learning things like musical instruments, sports, etc. We just have to take a deep breath, slow down, and work on the basics at a beginner's pace, which is what we are when we start out.
Paul thanks for the great tips on improving your free flow I’ve been watching your videos since July 2022 and they are awesome I also ordered a pair of double sticks from your Kali Center store love them! 👍🏼

I have no experience with Kali but several other martial arts. Can you recommend a place in the Philippines to seek out? I will be in the Davao area. Thx for posting this.

1/5 for terrified furniture, computers and TV. 2/5 for harassed, threatened wallpaper and bricks! Gaaawd, I'm doing so well! I wish I could import your locations and weather!!!
I have no problem downing the dowbward X, but when it comes to doing the upward X i have i little problem there.
Is there something i can do to better visualize the upward X when trying to perform it?
Honestly, I'd love to see you play Beat Saber in VR using Escrima forms to play it. You could also make custom routines for practicing drills.
I don’t even know what that is but it sounds interesting! 🤔
@@kalicenter it’s a VR game where you have two Lightsaber type swords and hit blocks in a specific direction to a beat. Look it up here on UA-cam. People usually treat it more like a dance since it’s to music, but personally it’s always made me think of escrima and that it could be a fun way to practice solo if done with proper martial form.
I suck my flow is slow getting wrapped up and not knowing when to twist my wrist
Very good, I wish you would have Incorporated rhythm, strike count, not all movements make contact,footwork.. ferengi isn't that a race of people on Star Trek? Ha..
🙏🇧🇪👍
Also sir please keep in mind the system keeps unsubcribing me: and order people.
