Good morning Nick and George, The final numbers on the engine are very impressive the way it will run in the car. The car is going to be a blast to drive, and I'm so looking forward to the day when that happens. I always look forward to Monday's and another episode of Nick's Garage. I especially enjoyed this video, and seeing the headers glowing cherry red, which has happened many times in the past, lol. George, your talents are awesome, I really loved the intro, the camera work, and the music. Thanks for your efforts in making Nick's Garage the best channel on UA-cam.

Good morning Vasilis, I'm sorry to see that you are leaving Nick's Garage for other endeavors. I want to wish you and Christina all the best as you both start a new chapter in your lives. I will be looking forward to the day when Christina installs the black tail stripe, on the 500. When that finally happens, the car will be close to being ready. You have been big part of the work that has been done on the Charger, and I thank you for all of your efforts. You will be missed by everyone. Best of luck to you and your wife in your new business together.

Beautiful sounding, looking and performing 440 for Eugene's car. Great job by everybody involved.
We're all lucky to have been able to spend time with and get to know Vasilis, most of us thanks to watching this channel and a few in person. We're sad we won't be seeing him working at Nick's. We're also happy he's getting to do what he wants - and that's what's important. Hopefully he visits once in a while and makes everybody's day better, like he always did.

My husband is a Mopar man and his family is to. He says dodge has always done more with far less. The lack of aftermarket performance parts, often smaller cubic inches. Yet they have always sent the other guys packing. We love your show. He is always talking about the professional and dillagent work you do with these increasingly rare engines. They're masterpiece's when you're shop. Thank you

That 780 Holley, which is the 4150 type with the secondary metering block, looks beautifully restored. When I bought a 73 Charger Rallye 440 in the early 1980's it had the Mallory Voltmaster coil on it. It worked very well. I have a second one that leaked half the oil out if it, but it probably still would work.

(Sadly, for possibly the last time): *VASILIS!*
Best of luck and Godspeed to you and your bride's new business venture, young man.
One old man's advice, however: *Never* forget from whence you came, sir...
I'm sure you know what that means. :-)
    *NICK!*
The Howard's cam is an EXCELLENT choice for a Mopar, of course - probably the best in
quality these days in cams/lifters. You've done your usual stellar job on *Eugene's* engine
here, but there was just one little thing missing I noticed:
    Where's the PCV, man? :-)
(You know I'm just giving you a hard time, my friend.)
    *EUGENE!*
One thing just sticks out of this whole video from me to you:
I'm just so *happy* for you, my friend! All the years I've fooled around with my old Mopars,
I've never had a truly fresh rebuilt engine - leave alone one with Nick's hands laid on it!
This original numbers one for your 500 makes all the right sounds, feels right, makes numbers.
It's a good 'un for sure. I pray you enjoy it in good health for years to come!
Y'all count your blessings out there - and support what Nick and George are doing here,
    - Ed on the Ridge

We're all a bit saddened to hear about "Vas" moveing on.
This is the way of our profession.
If that person is good enough at what they do they will want to open there own shop.
I myself had to leave the shop I was working
    In for 5 years.
My father wanted me to take over his position as a General maintenance/construction manager for the City of New York.
I had to, no one else could understand the way my Dad planned things.
But I still worked at Pontiac Petes shop for
"Special builds" on night and weekends.
One leaves, a new one comes in, that's our way of things.
I know Nicks feeling some kind of way about this, but he knows our way.
Never does how I end these things is more appropriate.
The way of the muscle car will never die....
Sometimes a guy has to move on.
Bye Vas, hope to hear from you again.
    T.

I'll bet Eugene is starting to get excited. I know that the rest of us are as well, but we aren't going to have that monster in our garage at the end of the day. Wait, let me get my coffee....
Break a leg Vassili! In a good way of course....

Good Morning Nick Happy Monday as usual you bring us all fantastic videos and knowledge that I have forgotten from 45 years ago. My favorite of the Mopar’s are the Imperial LeBaron Coupes from 70 to 72. With massive appetites for Sunoco 260. Someday I hope I can own a really nice one and when all this Covid gets finished come and visit beautiful Canada. Thank You 🙏 so much for making me remember the old days.

Good for nick not sharing the cam specs.
Its sooo easy these days to study and learn all info is literally out there.
Back in the early 1990s it was tough to learn anything on your own. You had to network and make friends with real racers. I had to literally seek out and call Herb McCandles personally, great dude.
I had to humbly ask advice from the fast class racers at real drag stips…. Esta safety park, lebanon valley, shannonville, luskville, san air, temple tx.
    Its easy these days.
It’s probably a pretty mild cam in there, thats a good combo, lots of fun.

I like that the 440 has not been restored to factory specs. Very cool.

Nick, Have you ever thought about contacting Barry Newman (Star of Vanishing Point) and see if he will sign the glove box on Kowalski? Barry lives in Boston MA, 82 years old and still active. You could mail him the glove box door (or an extra one) for him to sign and mail back, after he agrees. It would be a nice touch for Kowalski....just sayin
