- Episode 107:
We hit a new personal best for the @poorboysrc TT-02 Speedrun Challenge. We lost our zen with the car and have been struggling to get clean runs while also trying to go faster. We finally worked everything out and are back in the game! We had some great runs today as featured in this video. Sorry for the bad camera angles, we weren't paying attention to our GoPro mount and it has shifted a bit.

Nice!! that musta been pretty exciting brother.. Congratz..👍💯
Excellent speed runs! Welcome to speed running. You won't ever be satisfied. You'll always want to shoot for more speed.😂😂
Congrats on the 110 Brice. Very good that the real car didn't hit it as it waots on the road.
Congratulations on the tenacity to rebuild, refine, and rerun. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Man that jaguar attack in the beginning was rough! That thing was really wedged up in there tight! Congrats on the silly fast speed of 110!! That is nuts. It sounds really good going that fast, mine was begging for mercy at 65 LOL!!
Amazing Brice!! You have a nice quite run spot there. You must be out there super early dude 🙌🏻
Straight up nailed that Jaguar.
It totally deserved it. LOL. I'm just glad I didn't damage it.
Wow!!!! That's crazy speed!!!! Congrats
Freakin awesome Jack! 👊👍👍Great pass buddy and congratulations my friend! 110! Great work man!👌
Thanks Mitchell! It’s been a journey on this one. Thanks for pushing the limits on this challenge. It keeps all of us slow guys busy.
I think you pushed the Jaguar a bit closer to the kerb!,
Congratulations on your new Pb Brice🎉Nice run mate and all the best for your next stage👍🦘🇦🇺
LOL, maybe just a smidge. Thank You!
Awesome brother congrats.. Very nice numbers there.. Challenge is heating up!!! 110 MPH Nice!!
Thank You! I’m quit happy with how the car is running.
Your doing awesome as well. I’m on your heals but I feel like you’re just getting warmed up.
@@jack-o-trades Taking it easy.. Watching how the car reacts as i ncrease mph.
Just got my steering upgrade today.. Going for a run here soon as the weather turns around a bit!! Having fun brother!!
So cool 110 mph 🙂
Thank You!
Congrats on the 110mph that is moving I tried today but the out come was not good but I'll be back hahaha
Thank You! I’m looking forward to seeing some more videos from you. I’ve also been dropping in on your weekly chats. Cheers!
Wooohooo congrats on the 110!
Thank you!
Congrats on 110! Well Done Sir!
Thank You! I’m looking forward to getting back to brushed after this just to see if the car is faster after all the tweaking.
I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with brushless.
@@jack-o-trades We will try to get into the 70's this week. We are pretty much maxed out in brushed unless I spend a couple hundred bucks on a vintage motor. Brushless is exciting but also makes me nervous. Nervous never stopped me before lol
Awesome runs buddy.. we’re improving every run but we keep eating spur gears, and I have no idea why. Got some 32p gears coming, gonna try those. We want that 70’s club.. congrats on 110!!!
Use Teckno 32P pinions on the motor. They have the best gear mesh tolerances. Tamiya sells metal spurs for the TT02.
You can get there, you’re close. I think mesh is critical for the higher pitch gears. You got to go by sound and feel. The paper techniques doesn’t always get you there. I was using my printed gears upto 75mph then I started eating them. I’m currently running a Traxxas 55T spur which has held up well. I just had to replace it because I forgot to tighten my motor down. The motor backed off and chewed up the spur.
