Thank you brother! This challenge was a blast, looking forward to more for sure. There is a slight chance I might squeeze in one more run, but I got a drag racing event to start planning myself coming up.
It really was a fun thing to participate in for sure. Maybe next year I'll try not to cut corners and actually set the car up for speed using more than just a ton of RPM hahahhaah.
Thank you Sir. That GPS is on its way to getting its own glass display case hahahaha. That thing was worth all 20 Dollars I spent on it for sure. They could have called it an EXB GPS lol. Next year I'll use foams and actually set the car up to be able to contain that much RPM, assuming next year's car will be of similar size.
@@Rek_Rc With stock suspension it runs like crap with upgraded ESC/Motor, I know because I have the original TT01E from 11 yrs ago lol first I ran the Yeah Racing conversion kit with the Tamiya Tub, now I'm running the Carbon Fiber Chassis with the Blue Anodized control arms. It's a total different car.
The big problem is the tires. Untill the tire expands, you are basically driving on the sidewalls. Then they go into balloon mode making it unstable again.
Yeah, on road has never been a strong point in my driving, RC or otherwise hahahahah. Maybe some day I'll actually learn to use the steering duel rates.
Thank you! It has about 15 or so MPH left in it, but overall I'm happy with it because the only thing I did to prepare the car was cram a high KV system with a 3s battery in it, and a metal drive shaft and just went for it hahah. Lot's of fun too because that 64 MPH felt like 90 just trying to keep in going straight for just that short distance. I knew I should have upgraded the suspension and wheels before even trying it, but I thought it would be fun to see what it could do with bare minimum upgrades. Turns out it can do about 64 MPH before becoming impossible hahahaha. I really appreciate you dropping a comment and checking it out. Thank you. If poor boys Rc puts on a challenge next year, I'll set up a more proper car. It's been cool keeping up with the other participants finding new channels to enjoy as well.
That looks fun.
Awesome passes, my man. Thanks so much for contributing to this year's speed run challenge. We'll do it all again in 2024! :)
Yes sir, I can't wait. What a blast! Nice job on organizing it by the way, really well done.
@@Rek_Rc Thanks, pal.
Great efforts! Not easy for sure.
It was fun to watch your journey.
Thank you buddy. I knew better than to try it that way, but then it became a "well let's just see" kind of thing hahahaha. It was a blast!
Lol… one wheel peel in the sand!… awesome video brother!… hope to see you in some other challenges!👍🤜🤛

Work hard play hard! Rock on RC dude!
Words to live by, HECK YEAH!
I actually really like your GPS. 2wd is so hard to control but you sure got all you could out of this car. 64mph is nothing to scoff at. Great job! 🏆

Anyways, great runs👍
Hahahah thank you. I'm just a loudmouth but a loudmouth who appreciates you checking out my video.

That car needed the Yeah Racing Conversion Kit.
It sure did. Don't know why I thought stock would be ok with that much power

Yep, I knew better than to try it like that.
Are ya sure your cars just taking a beating because your names Johnny crash 😂😂
Good point. I am considering a vert ramp send just for kicks actually. I bet it would be like launching a rocket hahahah.
@@Rek_Rc hahahaha

@@Rek_Rc Its like building a go-cart in the garage and taking the first run with no brakes. Don't ask me how I know lol
