My coworker told me to hang a rope from a tree for my pit. She was always trying to jump up the tree. Once I did it, she tug and pulled until she was able to jump up on the rope. That's when she discovered the swinging motion. Now she takes off running full speed and jumps on that piece of rope. She swings back and forth. It scared me at first but she hangs on for a long time with that powerful mouth of hers. I've never seen anything like it. She's loves it. It's a great muscle building exercise.

I have just started flirt pole training with my 13 month Staff, any tips on how much to increase his food by please? Approx 20 mins a day with the pole but 50% of that is chasing the rest teaching to drop/leave. I was thinking 20% increase for 20 mins? We walk 3 x 1 hour per day as well. Thank you.

Do you think it's possible to build muscle mass like that on a dog that's born with no muscle mass genes? I have a red nose pit she's about 10-11 months she can be very energetic at times and she's a bit lean but I want her built to look really muscular.
There are genetic limits as to how much muscle you will add

Hello, I'm getting my first American bully in 10 weeks and I'm so exited. Could someone please tell me about exercising my puppy? Some say it's 5 minutes for each month they. So 2 months is ten min walks per day and so on. And some say that's not true you can do much more?
