    FULL MODIFIED RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    1 cup of walnuts
    2 cups of white mushrooms
    1 onion
    1/2 celery stick
    2 tomatoes
    1tbsp of flaxseed meal
    1 tbsp of chickpea flour
    1 tsp of white miso
    Smoke paprika, sage and black pepper to taste
    Directions:
    Process walnuts in a blender until obtaining a rough texture. Put aside!
    Process mushrooms in the same way and add with walnuts.
    Process onion and celery as above and add them with the mushroom/ walnut mixture.
    Process tomatoes and add with the mixture.
    Add rest of the ingredients and mix everything well.
    Place parchment paper on a baking pan. Use an ice cream scoop to transfer onto the pan. Then put a little piece of parchment paper on each mixture and flatten them with a round glass bowl to shape them into a circle. Be gentle with them.
    Place at 400 F and bake for 25 minutes.
    Let them cool down before removing parchment paper from them.
    To remove the paper, put them upside down and slowly peel the paper off. It will work fine when they are colder!
