    FULL CREATED RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    3 small beets
    1 small apple
    1/2 of onion
    5 cloves of garlic
    1/4 cup of starch or a different binding agent( I used egg replacement and bread crumbs)
    1 tsp of peanut butter
    1 tsp of Dijon mustard
    Italian seasoning, white pepper, smoked paprika and salt to taste
    Juice of lime to taste
    A small amount of oil to brush the bottom of the baking pan
    To make coleslaw salad
    1/2 bag of mixed coleslaw
    1/4 cup of apple pieces
    1/2 of onion
    1 small cucumber
    2 tbsp of vegan Mayo
    I also added leftovers of the beet mixture
    Black pepper and cumin to taste
    Directions:
    To create burgers
    Peel skin off the beets and than use a greater to grate them.
    Grate your apple and cut onion and garlic into a small pieces. Add all other ingredients and combine them well.
    You can place your mixture in the fridge for some time to let all the ingredients bind better.
    Begin to form your burgers by shaping them into a ball first and then flatten them with your hand.
    Brush your baking pan with an oil and put your burgers in it.
    Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, however, check on them to see how are they doing.
    I turned up my over to a broil for last couple minutes to let them be more brown.
    Take them out of the oven and let sit on the counter for some time. They will transfer better onto a plate when cooler. You can also place them in the fridge for some time before consuming them.
    To make coleslaw:
    Cut your vegetables , add cumin, pepper and Mayo and combine them well. Place in the fridge for some time.
