What to do in situation where mind is full of chaos and disordered thoughts. I am scared of doing wrong things and if some tool work for good mental health practice my mind tells me that this is wrong. This is giving me anxiety. What do I do about it ? Should I just not listen to mind and still to it ? Please help.
I haven't been able to sleep at night due to my thoughts and on the mornings i just don't want to go to school due to the stress. I sleep after i come from school but it's not the same thing as sleeping at night. Please can you help me with this im only 15 and i just can't sleep all my friends sleep at night and i just can't sleep due to an thought telling me "you are not going to sleep tonight" and im like no im going to sleep tonight but i eventually don't sleep right now is almost 4 am and the same thing happened again
