"Reversing and curing" ? Is that possible with, say, excessive dessication at L4/L5 & L5/S1 ? Are you effectively working to "bullet-proof" the core stabilisers so that throughout normal everday activities, they are "bracing" the joints to prevent painful micro movements? Functional movement can limit the pain episodes but not reverse the anatomical changes? Thanks for your videos
