Best GT cars money can buy, I almost bought as secondhand one a couple of years ago but backed out due to the mega running and service costs, a neighbour over the road from me has one all be it an older one but what a presence it has sat there on his drive and the sound from that W12 engine note WOW, loved this video seeing such stunning cars, your videos are actually a bonus to these people as it's free advertising and that salesman could see that but wasn't in a position to say yes. keep up the good work

I thought the dealer experience would be alot more impressive than that, seems to better than my local ford main dealer. If you look at sales videos from the 90s the amount of effort put into the service and the appearance of the dealership was alot better. Just look at the rusty pillar before you even walk in !
I’ve been in sales all my life, never underestimate anyone. I went with my brother to enquire about buying 2 cars, we had just finished work and we were very dirty. The salesman wasn’t interested so we left and the next day my brother bought the first four Toyota Land Cruisers that came to East Anglia
DJ there's a Bentley dealership just outside Leicester on the A6 if you are interested and I think they do another high priced vehicle their also anyway keep up the good work.
This illustrates just how intimidating car dealerships are. They are ALL the same. "We are far more important than you" is how they tend to treat potential customers. It's no wonder Cinch and other online car dealers are doing so well.
I'm quite shocked by the lack of professionalism firstly from the staff, leaning on the car door mirrors and just looking bored, hands in pockets is not a good look for parting with a quarter of a million pound car plus. Love or hate these videos it does show dealerships in a different light which is exactly the point of catching them unawares. Nothing from the staff looks polished and NO MANAGER!!.. I'm quite shocked and surprised by these staff members and lack of some staff. Also where are the smart suits and welcome. Casual Bentley fleece tops?. You have been well and truly caught out. Well done for this audit I say.
The only nit pick I have with you, is when you zoom in and don't show us the zoom in. All we can see is your sleeve cuff lol. You need to work on that 😉😉😉💕

I have bought only brand new cars since 1983. Many times i have walked into a showroom and no one will try and sell me a car. I tend to walk out after 15 minutes being ignored. Just bought a £37,000 Toyota 2 months ago. I did go into the Exeter VW dealer but once again, i was ignored. I have been into that VW dealer many times in 40 years and still not been able to buy a VW. Very odd as i drove in with a near new top of the range Volvo XC40. I tend to get noticed if i take the Mercedes SLK in though but not at VW. Snows Toyota is brilliant and i had 2 test drives each of 50 miles. A Lexus and the Toyota but the Toyota had much better all round visibility.
Suprised people have pre judged you on the car you drive. Generally that doesn’t happen anymore. Dealers have become very appointment based since lockdown, so sometimes can be very lax when it comes to ‘walk in’ customers.
I dont make appointments unless i need to test drive a new car. I generally visit 10 dealers to buy a car and decide on the spot, which one i will buy. It is strange that when there are up to 10 salesmen just sitting at desks, no one will get up to assist.Normally after being ignored, i walk out and buy from another dealer. There are many who do assist and notably, Toyota, Volvo, Ford, Vauxhall, Audi. The worst ones are BMW, VW, Renault. When i did walk into a BMW dealer to purchase a 3 series brand new, the salesman told me it was appointment only so i told him he just missed a sale Today and bought a Volvo. I wouldn't be taking £250k into this establishment to buy a car if I had it. Compare the service to some DJE's had from Audi,Porsche and Mini.
