Are you using the Cricut brand insert card? I haven't had any problems getting clean cuts with the settings in Design Space. You can try adding more pressure.
Oh, I hate that so much. I've heard that can happen if you're connected via bluetooth - I haven't had it stop mid-cut, typically I just can't get it to connect when I'm having that issue.
I made a foil insert card but when it cuts it didn’t cut as good like you showed on this video

I just tried making a card with foil, my cricut explore 3 stopped working mid transfer, said it was not connected to my PC :( hate waste.
