An excellent little travelogue with interesting detail and high quality filming. The first time I traveled on this line was around 1994 before the upgrade and it's been a good 15 years since I was last able to use it, so this a great reminder of holidays past. 🙂
Thank you very much! Glad it brought back happy memories. Back in 1994 I think this was one of just two tram lines in Stockholm. The network has expanded quite a bit since and I filmed some of the other routes to.
Tram networks in Gothenburg and Norrköping (and the modern tramway of Lund) have right-hand traffic, however the Angered line in Gothenburg has left-hand traffic with island platforms, including a metro-like underground station in Hammarkullen. The line was built to metro standards (completely insulated), but plans of converting tramway into metro never realised.
@@HenrysAdventures Sorry, i misread the information on wikipedia, it said altranz. And i mixed it in with alstom, and it said that it was later tooken over by bombardier. 😅

The A32 is a Type designation of Bombardier Flexity Swift. There are no Alstom trams in Stockholm.
