    Mindset is so important, within us there is the elements needed for healing, we just have to put in the correct effort. Mind is so important patients with multiple personalities, one personality can have diabetes and another does not.

    This is the education that needs to be taught to all diabetes patients and their support groups at diagnosis. Although I am grateful for the education currently being taught, this video is vital and needs to go viral for extensive diabetes education. Thanks Dr. Chan

    Can you comment about black rice and red rice? I'm struggling with diabetes & heard those rices will help overcome it. Are black rice. 3 hours later sugar level 143. How does it help? Should I eat it with more vegetables to keep sugar blood low?

    I wss dx with pre diabetes while akready on weight loss journey. I set my carbs at 20 net carbs used vegetables and lean chicken pork and fish for meals. Had a recent diatician appt she said i need 150 carbs a day from whole wheat bread, pasta, cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, oh and yes lean meats and vegetabkes. She wants me to increase calories from 1200 to 2000! Im losing weight to help my a1c levels she seems crazy. Any feedback on this ?
