जय भवानी हम बचपन से लहसुन का सेवन करते हैं और आज बिल्कुल स्वास्थ्य 76 साल के एकदम जवानो की तरह बिलकुल फिट हैं । हम सुवह सुवह खाली पेट पहले आधा गिलास पानी पीते हैं और उसके बाद दो लहसुन का जावा को छीलकर उसे आधे ग्लास पानी के साथ हम चवा चवा कर प्रतिदिन खाते हैं और रात्रि में सोने के समय एक लहसुन का जावा खाते हैं और हमें नींद अच्छी आती है । मैं 14 साल के उम्र से खाते हैं और आज हम बिलकुल स्वास्थ्य 76 साल के बिलकुल जवानों की तरह स्वास्थ्य हैं । और कोई बीमारी नहीं है वजन भी मेरा एकदम फीट है ।
