      That either mean you don't have good signal on the hotspot or no sim card in it.

    These things are terrible! My kid's chrombooks show they are connected, but they can't even get into their zoom meetings! It just gets stuck "loading".

      omg i have the same problem and its so frustrating. i explained exactly everything it says, i video record it and all and the school still say its the chromebook when i clearly told them the chromebook works perfect on another network. instead of them taking my word and evidence for it they ordered me a new chromebook when i clearly need a new working hotspot smh.

      @@tobiisking lmao kinda, but it's annoying af. Jus connect to it like usual and ignore the sign in. Keep disconnecting and reconnecting from the hotspot, but also go on google or whatever to see if you have a connection obviously, rinse and repeat. But here's the problem. You have to do this everytime you get on, and sometimes it might even kick you off the hotspot.

    The password is locked how am I suppose to see the password if it’s locked?

      Hi Starnisha, The lock symbol next to the password doesn't mean it is locked. The symbol only refers to the fact that it is a password. if you enter the password on the device you are connecting it should work. For smartspots, the word smartspot followed by the numerical code must all be entered as part of the password. Hope this helps.
