Good information Doctor Sahib, but as regards- Gobhi (Cabbage-Cauliflower), there are two negative points :-
1) Too much pesticides are used on Gobhi.
2) It is not recommended for Thyroid patients.
Also the vegetables should be boiled and eaten as Raw (underground vegetables), May have impact of grazing animal's stool/toilets on them, as they are penetrative .
