Thank YOU so much for actually taking the time to make the video. Lots of lovely tips and inspiration! My hope is to open my small business selling simple and healthy treats next spring and markets are something i am looking forward to ✨
I’m super curious to know your family’s feelings around you running a bakery out of the kitchen, especially as your production has grown so much over the last year.
they're very supportive and generous with the space but it definitely is growing and taking over much more space... so am working with what I have here, and pushing to get to the next stage where I have enough of a foundation to open a shop :)
Hi Lily 🤗 Thank you so much for such a helpful and inspiring video! 🥰 I love hearing your thoughts and experiences as I have started a little online bakery in Canada and it gives me ideas on how to push myself for my little bakery! I have been thinking of markets and so will definitely follow these tips! You are such an inspiration! ✨ Thank you! Keep up your wonderful positivity ❤️
Thank you for taking the time to share with us Lily! You inspired me to start my own channel vlogging my microbakery in the States! I just put out my first videos!
Thank you for sharing all this wonderful info. Question - how do you transport your baked goods? As a fellow baker it has been a challenge to find air tight containers for transporting. Thank you!
hello! My pleasure! I use these sorts of boxes to transport everything: www.nisbets.co.uk/vogue-polypropylene-full-size-gastronorm-container-with-lid-150mm/gj512

Hi Lily❤ I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing where you bought the table cloth for your stall?! A bit random I know but so many choices out there 🫠

hey Matt, I can only speak from my own experience as am fortunate to live in a house... I've seen other bakers start their businesses from flats and had success. Only thing would probably be accessibility and getting equipment upstairs/ downstairs etc and permission from landlords?

You remind me of Emma Watson 💗
Lily, is it easier to run a microbakery in a house rather than a flat? Or as we call it in America an apartment
