When you have a garden that produces more cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and peppers than two people could ever eat (we actually have to give them away we get so many), you make use of them by making as many nutritious things as you can. Since I'm rolling in tomatoes, I decided the season called for the most classic, garden-fresh pasta ever called Pasta Primavera. The dish is aptly named because "primavera" means "Spring" in Italian (and Spanish) and seeing how beautiful and vibrant the colors of the pasta is, you'll have the flavors of Spring in your kitchen whenever the mood strikes - be it in the warmer months or when the snow falls (the market carries all these veggies, of course - no garden required).

Have you ever tried the shallow boil method for cooking pasta? When I know I’m going to be using the starchy pasta water to finish the sauce, I find I have the perfect amount left after doing the shallow boil that I don’t need to strain the pasta and I put the sauce directly into the pasta pot and stir together.
Never heard of that. I prefer the 4 qt water in an 8 qt pot.

So crazy! I just finished putting together a cold Italian pasta bowl,I added cubed quality salami and small mozzarella balls,looks great with the veg variety.👍🇨🇦

I'm definitely gonna make this when it's not extremely hot and humid outside 'cos there ain't NO WAY I'm turning my oven on! I live in an apartment, 3rd floor, only 1 AC unit...so yeah, no. Plus we get all the afternoon sun....

You could easily cook the pasta in the Instant Pot or whatever pressure cooker you have.
