My back it worse than before. So bad that I had to sell my business and pretty much retire at 31 years old. I cannot stand, sit, walk, work. At about 6 months, I knew it was a mistake.
@@TheGaginator i am sorry to hear that, it it tough time for you, may God give you strength. well my dad have a grade 1, L5 S1 spondylolisthesis, He have mild back pain and tingling in leg. we are not considering to go with surgery.
i would like to know a update about your spinal surgery, how are you feeling now? should one consider the surgery, is that worth it ?
