The main problem in India is parents never wish to talk about this issue. If their child asks something curiously then they tend to shut him up but instead the child tends to get more rebellious. Parents should understand that it is a natural process and not the child's mistake.
Formally, sex education is there in the syllabus of class 8 & 10 but teachers to try to avoid such things. So, it is the responsibility of the parents to explain to their kids in a friendly manner not like how this lady was treating her son.
