Would really appreciate a comparison between Laphroaig, Ardberg and Lagavulin.
Suggestion: whenever you open a new bottle Try to get the "opening bottle cork sound" as clear as possible..... I feel it could be made as equivalent as pulling a screen protector of a new iPhone - 💁🏻 🤷🏻
Thanks for doing the review. This is a whisky that grows on you. There is a lot of character and complexity in it. 7 years back it was just 4500 for a litre bottle after which the price shot up.
Yeh Kolkata mein kahan milegi? Mujhe Kolkata ke normal shops pe Laphroaig mila lekin Laga kahi nai mila....

You mentioned Laphroaig's smokiness as being medicinal, which is exactly what I felt. Lagavulin's smokiness reminds of seawater and brine. If I dare be more precise, it tastes like licking the rocks on a seaside.
Is this possible to age for 12 or 16year because consumptiom of whiskey is very high. Is they really age for 12 or 16 yr to any whiskey?
Also I can equally appreciate the sound of cork opening bottle..😍😍😍

Quite possibly the most widely available 'best whisky' in the world
*Check* *your* mail. Waiting period at 25*C is 3/4 age statement. Most 12 YO require 10 min waiting period. Market versions are 8, 10, 12 and 16 YO. 12 YO is at cask strength, 57.8% ABV.
It is best to buy it from duty free. Bought this from the UK duty free for 45 pounds which is about INR 4050. Definitely one of the best whiskey.
Best whisky to drink neat. I personally feel it's much better than Blue Label.
Need comparison between talisker 10 and lagavullin 16.

I desperately tried to get a miniature of Lagavulin in the UK.. Sadly heard that they stopped the 5cl miniatures so I could not add it to my miniature collection in India. the 700 ml bottle is available here in the UK for less than 50 GBP. UK Duty-free me aap ko 46 GBP me mil jayega. India me like all the good malts this is ridiculously priced.
If you like smokey whiskey aap ek baar Bunnahabhain 12 try karna ,, Dewane banjaoge. Ralfy ke advice pe Maine try kiya that and now that is my favorite. Natural colour without any chill filtration. aapko 1 litre nehi milega you will have to rely on a 700 ml only.
Please please review maquintosh silver edition... Favourite in that price segment

Jim Beam Bourbon... or Single Malts - Glenlivet 12, Glenfiddich 12, and you must try Singleton Glendullan 12 years old..( all these with a teaspoon of water) Though not exactly sweet as Speyside malts, but you may love Caol Ila 12 years old which is amazingly smooth as well as surprisingly sweet, do not add water in it.

Great Review! Like the video. However was hoping for more honest MB score. Love your honesty that you mentioned that you are not picking every single note on nose and on the pallet it was very Smokey, yet you gave 10/10 on taste? We were hoping for MB’s score, not other whiskey experts!
