Dump truck turned out nice. Those white clear lens lights really give a clean look. Can not wait to see more of your videos. More videos faster, please. I am out of nails to bite off. lol

I'm a dump truck driver and this is definitely a sharp looking truck. I take it that the side boards on the body were left out for a reason? Just something I noticed. With that kind of power this trucks gonna be rolling even when it's loaded. I run a lot of long runs with my truck so I opted to go with 3:73 gear ratio in the rears of my truck.
@@moeruger1267 Probably 3 and a half hours one way 200+ miles. That's mostly in the winter season where we're hauling salt to various locations. During the year it's mostly 1.5 hours one way, 3 times a day and then we'll usually prop a load for the next day. Average anywhere from 400-500 miles a day. I'll give you a perspective on the kind of mileage I run a year. October of 2019 my boss surprised me with a brand new Kenworth W990 7 axle dump truck and by the time October of 2020 rolled around I put over 100,000 miles on it. Currently have almost 126,000 on the truck now.
Haha I had my volume up on wide open sitting next to wife, the beginning of your video she certainly thought you said our last name. Sounded just like it only spelled different. We have been talking about getting into the business locally. Had her going for a minute! Thanks for the laugh y’all!
Hey guys, I'm wondering if you're having any issues with PTO clatter with the Allison autos. I bought a nrw 2023 567 Pete and the clatter drives me nuts. Jod
Why a ox body? Good luck with the wiring had my 2020 already had to replace every wire and light in it ! i had the tarp motor catch on fire. Ox doesn’t understand what a truck goes through in the northeast and what salt does during the winter. Good luck with warranty with them
All it’s missing is it was mine lol and straight pipes!! Other than that no complaints! Except where I live I wouldn’t have the automatic... nope nope.. 13 or 18 speed with the sick and the 3 pedals! And the bigger the motor a lot of times u get better fuel economy cause u ain’t running the crap out of it to get it to pull! When had has it was doing 800 hp to the back wheels. But it also has a 425 cat old mechanical motor. Those was the best! Wished he had never sold it!
Nice truck, but not a money maker. Would rather have the old GMC I used to haul mix with. 26.5 tons all day long. Only 300 HP, but low weight tri-axle. That made more $$ each load. To me that's where its at.
Hopefully they'll be another dump truck build. As a dump truck driver I can appreciate these builds.
I love the vocational trucks...especially these heavy dumps.
All trucks now have def .that's the reason most truckers love the older peterbilt dump trucks
Yes, a good sound system is a must especially when you're driving 10+ hours a day.

@Leandro Gage instablaster ;)
I love this truck!
I do a lot of road asphalt and I believe that pretty centerplate you put on is going to play hell in the asphalt machine
Looks nice but that paver does some damage. I was reading comments seeing if anyone was going to say anything about it.
Wasn’t used for asphalt, I used it for mostly dirt work.
I love this dump truck !!!
I seen this truck while coming out of Baltimore, MD the other day. Definitely sharp looking truck going down the road.
Had to do a double take.

The best thing about that is somebody has their truck paid off you can really go nuts on the rebuild

What’s the furthest you’d drive with 1 haul as a dump truck driver?

Awesome build guys! 🤩 wish I was behind the wheel of that beauty today.
Need a video doing the window chops on these trucks. What do you do about the holes from the rivets for the curb mirror on passenger door?
Great job guys!! Love the grey !

Great job guys. Keep it up!!!!
Beautiful truck I absolutely love the color she is gorgeous
Love it! Surprised no flashing lights on the bed since it will be used for road construction
We didn’t show them, but it has flashers built into the lights on the dump body.
I'd like to see you guys do a heavy haul truck
Sheeeeeeeesh!!! I want it!!!
Guy's show us around your shop I see some pretty cool looking stuff!
Cool I have a 22 Model high cab like this. If he hauls ashalt the rear lights will not work in the asphalt spreader!!

You think Peterbilt add 36" sleeper with a dump truck setup ?
Is it a automatic? I was kind of curious to see the control tower set up too. Steering drop axel?
Those guys up in MD, DC, Northern Va area run Hot Rod Dump Trucks.
Yes, especially in Maryland.
@@waynenorbreyjr9371 the other pete is 750 hp

You guys should do the building the truck in 10mins video
It's the Ultracab a solid cab or is it and extention of the standard cab with rubber seals like the kenworths?
Being a old school trucker am I the only one that seen the Dodge Viper?
The cool step van, too.
Yeah remember 30° is still short weather here in Michigan they show up in my store still wearing shorts
Can you, please let me know the name and or the part number of the visor on this truck, please..?
Thank you.

Nice, just more axles to be a real dump truck!
How much a truck like that cause.
Is it better than mack
Brutal .. Just plain nasty :-)

Yesterday I watched the Gad Monkey garage episode that they built the 1973 step side van. Cool
How big is the shop? Seems like a really nice size.

You guys ever do use trucks so brings a used truck and you redo it for them ☺️
