My super power would be to have the ability to freeze time for everyone around me, while I myself remain active. That way, when someone is doing something which is harmful to others, I could freeze time, pull that person's pants down, tie their shoelaces together, and stand them in the center of a crowd. Then I would unfreeze time :)
