    The whole 'they don't look upset' has been widely disproved by the fact that most parents of abducted children are told NOT TO cry because they think that some abducters get a kick out of it.

      Even if they don't cry, parents of missing parents that they love and weren't involved in the disappearance, Look upset, they can't avoid looking distraught.

      Even so most parents can’t contain that sadness, most famous abduction interviews I’ve seen had the parents in absolute distraught. If they didn’t cry then they should at least look very upset and worried

    • @adeeyuh
      @adeeyuh 6 років тому +150

      HILLYWOODSQUAD wow I didn’t know that. That’s actually a lot more heartbreaking to imagine someone getting a kick out of watching the family of the abducted child cry, that changes the aspect of a ton of unsolved cases for me cause when they don’t cry I always assume they might’ve had something to do with it

    • @Oliviaaudley
      @Oliviaaudley 6 років тому +29

      Ocean Blue true, I mean I’m referring more so to the McCane interviews. They never cried or seemed at all distressed. The only time they cried was on pre recorded interviews not live ones.. which is kinda fishy. Interview analysts have also said from watch said interviews that they show signs of deception, suggesting highly that they are lying

    • @Oliviaaudley
      @Oliviaaudley 6 років тому +19

      Ocean Blue well yeah they don’t have to literally flip out but surely the thought of loosing your own child would cause you deep, deep pain - and that would show on the parents faces, whether they cried or just looked absolutely heartbroken

    I need people to understand that grief is a bizarre emotion. Our brains will block emotions if it thinks there is too much pain. When my Son was killed in November 2019 I was stunned and I still am. So though I am not saying guilty or innocent, I am saying please stop thinking only crying is grief

      I agree with you. There are so many things that seem dodgy about them. It also makes me mad because I think if it was a couple on benefits or low income, it all would have been handled differently. Social services would have probably been involved regarding the neglect of leaving the 3 children alone. I think the parents would have been scrutinised a lot more than what Kate and Gerry have been.

Not saying they are not guilty or guilty, i don't know, i wasn't there.

People can definitely react in strange ways to stress and trauma etc.

    Madeline McCann theory: Madeline had previously had trouble with sleeping through the night, as evidenced by a chore chart in a home video where she got stickers for not going to her parents at night. Her parents, irresponsible gits that they are, drugged her before bed that night so they could be sure she wouldn’t wake up and cry for them. Because hiring a babysitter is too expensive apparently. Anyway, during one of the half-hour checks, Madeline’s dad noticed that she was either dead or close to it, maybe they accidentally gave her too much of the drug or she reacted badly to it this time. He notified his wife and they panicked and made a decision. If they went to the police, even though Madeline died accidentally, they would get in trouble and might even be arrested for drugging her. So they’d be in jail and/or have their other kids taken away from them. They thought that wasn’t for the best, so they decided to get rid of her body and pretend that it was an abduction. They put her body in their car or somewhere else and alerted their friends, because then they’d come over and trample all over the crime scene and any DNA clues would be ruined. THEN the police were alerted, but because they thought they were looking at an abduction, not an accidental death, the crime scene was processed completely differently.
    What’s the evidence? Police dogs alerted to blood and the smell of death on Madeleine’s soft toy, her mum’s clothes and in their car. Her parents were doctors, they’d know what drug to use in order to subdue someone. In interviews and press statements, they appear very cold and calm. Why? Because they know what happened to her. Parents of actual missing children are distraught because they have no idea what happened, whether their children are alive or dead. They also instantly rebuke any theories anyone puts forward that isn’t to do with Madeleine being abducted. I’m not saying it’s not possible she was abducted, because it is. The door to the room was open and most of the hotel staff knew about her parents leaving her and her siblings alone in their room. The sex trafficking theory is also possible. But Madeleine’s parents REFUSE to listen to anything else. If I had a missing child, I would welcome any plausible theories.
    That’s my take on it. :)

      Agreed. The parents are obvious narcissists and could never own up to the fact that they did something that led to their daughter's accidental death. I don't believe she overdosed as the parents would know the upper limits to administer plus her blood was detected in the condo, suggesting an external injury of some sort.
      I believe they did drug her, she woke up in the middle of the night again, disoriented and confused, and somehow had an accident that resulted in death, perhaps falling and breaking her neck in the living room (where blood was discovered behind the couch). During the half hour "checks" the parents often didn't visually check on the kids, they would just open the front door and listen for crying. So if she had gotten injured and fell unconscious it may have been hours before she was discovered, and by then it was too late.

    The first thing that gave it up was the 911 call. She searched for the other children once the operator asked if other children were taken. Really?🙄The first thing you would do is search the other kids room if one of them is missing. Second thing that gave it up is how quick she was to point out that she left the garage door open, that is the last thing you would notice if one of your kids are missing. You mean to tell me that you notice the garage door open before you notice if the other kids were also missing. Come on!🤦🏻‍♀️

      @CrazyUnicornJ 5 років тому +80

      Or maybe she just panicked when her baby wasn't in her crib? +the garage door might have been close to the baby's room so that she would have seen it being open… I also believe that she asked her husband if the other kids were in their rooms so maybe he was supposed to wake them up or they usually would get up by themselves?(or one of them)
      Besides one of the other kids could just have gotten out of their beds and gone into the kitchen/bathroom etc. a toddler would most likely not get out of their crib on their own…

      What I don't know is why she wasn't looking all over the house for the baby in the off chance the baby was in with the other kids...or like you said,why not worry about the other kids right away too? I think of it like a house fire. I actually believe a lot of these where the kids end up killed by the parents are accidents...but Susan Smith proves you can't count on that either.

    My theory about Madeline
    Her parents were doctors. On the night when she went missing her parents 'where at a restarunt' and left her alone with her siblings . I think to keep her calm and asleep her parents could've gave her sleeping pills and maybe just maybe overodsed her and because their lives and jobs were at risk they hired somoene to take her away. They kept or washed her "pillow care and teddy " which could've let evidence. I know this is a bizarre theory and there are many more .

My sister was like, "how can she smile when talking about someone's death?"
      I said something like how some people instinctively cover their discomfort with a smile or a laugh because it's too painful. It can be hard to process something so horrific, so people may end up laughing as a defense from their emotions taking over. Plus she's in a recorded interview. I doubt she even realizes she's smiling, and is just instinctively doing so because a camera is in front of her. It doesn't mean she's remembering it fondly or thinks it's funny.

    My McCann theory is that the parents killed her, couldn't face their other children being taken away and so they fabricated this whole story. Their behaviour after Maddie "went missing" is not normal behaviour. Kate refused to answer over 40 quetions fron the police- why?!?? They didn't go out out looking for her when people of the town did. Their body language is creepy as shit. Gerry can be seen smirking in interviews. He has also said with his own mouth something along the lines of " there is no evidence to implicate us in her death" and also "...when she fell and died". I think there is some kind of cover up that explains how a random married couple can tell the police and media that their child was abducted, and instead of carrying out a thorough investigation, the police (in the UK) take their word for it and do not ever treat them as suspects, yet claim to be doing a "full investigation". Lastly, the cadaver dogs hinted at death in their hire care, and Gerry switched in to this evil man when questioned about it and insinuated that the dogs didn't know what they were doing. I deeply want justice for Maddie, but for whatever reason it seems that when you have money, you can literally get away with murder.

    I was born in early 97’ and I have to say that a lot of baby’s WERE being snatched out of their cribs at that time, to the point that my mom didn’t even put a birth announcement for me in the local newspaper (which was a common thing to do at the time no address but with parents names) due to her fear of someone taking me.. she also never took her eyes off of me at the hospital, but my full head of red hair at the time, which made it hard for me to be swapped at birth. We even live in a small middle class rural community where over 3/4 of our neighbors are directly related to us and the rest are family friends, so if my mom was that scared, and this was long before this baby’s disappearance, its highly likely that Sabrina was snatched from her crib and the neighbor from a few doors down that had heard a baby crying is a sign that she was still alive at that point.. who actually knows for sure until she’s found either as an adult or otherwise but it was common in the USA at that time period and it was very rare that the baby’s were actually found.. on the other hand it being common also makes it a easy cover story, but i still think theres no real evidence of her being deceased since i’m sure there would have been more evidence or a body would have been found eventually with all of the search efforts.. idk they don’t seem like experts in covering up something like this up with other children in the house when living in a cul-de-sac and those polygraphs still aren’t 100% accurate to begin with especially with the wrong person administering it while a distraught mother is being accused. Idk we’ll find out one day.

      Same I was born in 99, my mom was way too anxious to put out an announcement or any invitations to a party. I never understood why until she told me later on how there was this string of babies being stolen in the late nineties and it really scared moms everywhere.

    At least they actually accepted a lie detector test, Jerry and kate m'cann never did. Makes me sick what they got away with, and how they sponged off a countries caring. Most parents would end up with charges of child neglect/abuse if they purposefully drugged their kids so they could leave the house, why has nothing happened to them? Oh, that's right. It's not what you do, it's who you know.

      Polygraphs are completely useless, especially on parents who lost a child.
      My mom works as a dispatcher for the police, she's been in the field for a decade. She was looking into moving departments, and part of her job interview process was to take a polygraph test.
      My mom is obviously a good person with a clean background, otherwise she wouldn't have gotten the job in the first place. And she failed the polygraph, hard.
      All polygraphs detect is distress. Which is why sociopaths can pass them with flying colors while telling bold faced lies. For example, Gary Ridgeway, the Green River Killer, a man who murdered over 40 women, passed a polygraph easily.
      And the way they ask questions is highly problematic. My mom was asked, "Have you ever done illegal drugs?" She said No. Then, they asked, "Are you sure? You never ever went to a party and took a hit of pot or took a pill someone gave you? Are you absolutely, 100% sure??"
      Most people in that situation would start to panic and think, Am I sure?!? And they may start to feel guilty or anxious about something else they may have done, or they will feel guilty about the thought that they are lying when they know they aren't. Which is why my mom left that test shaken and crying. A woman who has dealt with people calling her and committing suicide with her on the phone and was so calm she received a commendation, was completely rattled and fell apart because of a polygraph test for a *job*! And all of us, her children, are alive, well, and accounted for.
      Combine the flaws of the test itself with the distress of grief and the loss of a child, and you are almost guaranteed to fail the test. In fact, many parents who were later proven 100% to *not* be involved in the death or disappearance of their child have failed polygraphs.
      This is why polygraphs aren't permitted to be used as evidence in court, and the person who invented the polygraph said he was horrified that law enforcement was using his machine that way and called it a "Frankenstein's monster".

    I always think of the Sherlock Holmes case, Silver Blaze, where Holmes explains to Watson why he thinks the crime was an inside job:
    "The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime"
    "But the dog did nothing in the nighttime?"
    "That Watson, is the curious incident".
    Most dogs will bark or make a fuss, unless it's someone the dog knows. Obviously, it's not conclusive evidence, but it is a little red flag.

      She was hysterical on the phone with the 911 operator, with her friends and family!! I believe it was a few years later that the FBI came to her house. And they were totally surprised!!
      In fact until the Dad’s brother told them to get a lawyer they had fully co-operated with the police. It wasn’t until they got a lawyer did they find out the cops were searching for a body and had blown off several leads that pointed to kidnapping!!!
      Or maybe you could tell me that females in this country have been convicted of cutting a BABY out of the Mom’s belly because they were so desperate for a baby but it’s unthinkable this was the work of a kidnapper!! Freaking Moron !!!!

    I think Madeline died in some way when her parents were out eating (maybe she was sick and choked on it? Maybe she suffocated etc) and Gerry found her when he went to check on them. He then organised for her body to be taken away and disposed of ( they were near the sea , she could easily be just dumped in or dismembered and put in this could be by the man who was seen carrying a young girl) so they couldn’t be blamed for neglecting the children as they left them alone for ages when they were very young. If they were in the uk at the time I’m sure there would have been neglect charges made. If they were found to have neglected her they would have both lost their jobs as doctors. He then told kate what happened and said to act like she was kidnapped when she went back and made up the whole story. Even if they aren’t responsible, I think the parents certainly know more than they let on.
