It is especially inappropriate when there is a power differentiation between co-workers. Yes the person is a supervisor or is of higher rank. They should never have a relationship with someone who is under them at work. If two people with the same job with the same pay date, that is a little different although can be problematic as well. I recommend you do not date in the workplace. There are exceptions to every rule. ❤

Unethical and unprofessional behavior in office IS the public's concern. The fact that they hid it and denied it until forced to admit it, then lied under oath about the dates it began, is proof that they knew this. Fani said during her campaign for DA that she would not have sexual relationships with anyone under her employment, nor would she misuse public funds. She's proven to be a liar in both situations. The "rules for me but not for me" seems to apply more to Willis and Wade than to Trump.

Wade had a once in a lifetime responsibility - one job to do. That was to put together a solid prosecution against Trump and his confederates and work the case to the end. He was doing a pretty good job at it. After all, he: 1) organized and presented a complex RICO case to two grand juries and obtained indictments on 19 people; 2) weeded out conspirators for which conviction was unlikely and appropriately declined to seek indictments against them; 3) beat back multiple unique and complex defense motions, including two removal motions to federal court, one of which involved Trump's chief-of-staff; 4) got plea deals from some of the co-conspirators. And there is probably more the public does not know about. All Wade had to do in life for next several years was to continue to work the case. He says the affair was a private matter, but he was in a position where he should have sacrificed his personal self and private life to a greater good until all the people who sought to prevent the transfer of power that is at the heart of American democracy were brought to justice. That means nose to the grindstone, no vacations, no private life. Wade's singular focus should have been the case, so at the end he could say he gave it his all. Instead, Wade and Ms. Willis let let the country down.

I am wondering what help Wade might have gotten from the White House plant in the Fulton County case. The plea deals were a sign of weakness in the case, since there were no convictions obtained. Wade was way out of his depth, and it's not surprising that he let his personal desires get in the way of his professionalism.
