This is cool as. Its a little thing but really shows that your team listen. Seen comments like this on other videos about your game and it gives me a lil fuzzy feeling.
Matty, I was given a research paper by my history teacher for college and I was thinking about doing something around the history present in Kingdom Come. Then I look on UA-cam and you made a short history lesson about the history surounding the game . You have given me some great ideas for the paper. Thank you so much! :)

Must not overhype. Must not overhype. Can't wait, but must not overhype. I have missed these complex style RPGs with consequences for doing quests and actually missing out on others.
Dude. *START A HISTORY SERIES.* (or lore series rather😂) Seriously, when you do your research, you get shit done! This was so well put together, had lots of relevant information, kept on point, it was great! I'd *love* a Matty Lore series! "MrMattyExplains"?
MrMattyPlays You should just do a history series related to this game, where you talk about medieval history. Also you could take certain parts of the game amd talk about their historical significance. For example, you could talk about how the economies of the past worked and relate that to how buying/selling works in the game. Not saying I wouldn't mind other topics in history (like the history of Ghost of Tsushima ) but I really want to know more about medieval European history since I never had a class on it in school.
The success of this game has the potential to redefine how are taught in school and universities around the world. Imagine learning subjects like history by actually living it by the use of historical accurate video games.
Thrawn2034 AC Origins sort of got the ball rolling with that virtual tour DLC. Excited to see games be used as both a learning tool and piece of entertainment.
I've hoped for games like this for a long time. For example, I always thought it'd be great to do a modern 'open world action-RPG' version of the Oregon Trail.
Indeed. I haven't played AC Origins yet, but I remember AC 2 and AC Brotherhood back in the day, it sparked interest in me about learning more about the Renaissance period and events that actually happened back then like the Pazzi conspiracy, the Borgia family, Caterina Sforza, etc... My issue with the AC franchise is that it is more fantasy than realism. Nothing wrong with that, after all those video games main focus is entertainment. However, what sparked my attention from Kingdom Come Deliverance is the level of realism and historical accuracy that Warhorse Studio has put in it. They researched every bit of detail about that time period. Medieval combat, armor, clothing, social structure, etc... More than a video game this is a genuine experience on living in the medieval time period and I hope we get see more games like this in the future.
You're forgetting the religious struggle of Jan Hus and the beginning of the Protestant revolution. Also the Fact that Bohemia was essentially the Capitol of the HRE
Well, Jan Hus and the religion related problems weren't really there until later. By that time, Jan Hus was still a reputable lecturer known only amongst other educated people. I am not saying you're wrong, but for the context of the game, Jan Hus and the Protestant revolution aren't really important as they aren't there yet and don't influence the story.
I don't think the fact that you can't create your own character is something wrong. You can either have well written character who feels immersive or empty Skyrim shell. There is a sort of character creation in the game, because you shape your Henry as you want him to be - pretty much all quests have decision and alternative routes you can choose. In conlcusion you can't create the face of your character, but you can create who you are by decisions you make and there is supposed to be buttload of decision in both main quests and side quests and all of these decisions are supposed to have impact on the world - be it very minor or enormous
I'm with you for the most part but the fact that you said that Skyrim is an empty shell makes me feel that your game taste and mine are a bit different. I loved Skyrim but more so I loved the freedom. Not to sound pampas here but I actually like myself for the most part and don't like to play as anyone else.....if anything it is the world we have created around us that I try to escape from and certain games and or features make that believably possible.
Soul Demon..... Lol, I turned on my computer and I got an instant message from UA-cam and it was your response caption..... the only thing was that popped up was the "no worries" part from your message but with a sincere face of ole Trump right there along side it.....made my day thanks :)
I said that player characters in Skyrim are empty shells not Skyrim itself. You are just voiceless shell without any ability to shape your character's personality. Basically your personality in skyrim are your skills. Plus I don't really like being "a hero who saved the world". I prefer being blacksmith's son called Henry.

Some important sidenotes: The "Roman Empire" or more often referred to as the "Holy Roman Empire" (HRE) or "Holy Roman Emire of german nations" has nothing to do with the Roman empire that once ruled the meditaranian sea and dominated the European, arabian and north African continent, even though the HRE saw itself as its successor, since the bible said that after the third or forth world dominating empire the world would ned. The Roman Empire was seen as the last one of those and so, after it was gone people thought that it had to still exist. That said, if you want to find out more about it you should search for the "Translatio Imperii" Also its the early 15th. century not the 14th century. (14th century would have been from 1300-1400, 1403 is early 15th) Btw. Sigismund is one of the most fascinating historical characters, from his wars with venice and the osman empire, over the Konztanzer Konzil (sry, I dont know the english name, I would guess its Conzil of Konstanz or smth.) and him ending the split in church with its three pope at the time to the whole story with Jan Hus and the hussite wars (ger: Hussitenkriege) wich have been called Crusades.
Im Phanta saying they have nothing to do with the old roman empire is a bit liberal. Holy roman emperor evolved out of the eastern Roman empire under Constantine and a few of the big players adopting the prestige of his first christian empire.
You'll have a lot of catching up to do then! The game was on Kickstarter since January 2014 and a lot has happened. Check out the dev's channel (Warhorse Studios) for very in depth videos. I really like how transparent the developers are.
correction: Charles IV was not 'creator' of entity called Lands of the Bohemian Crown. This link between Kingdom(Duchy before 1212) and other lands existed since 1Oth century. Junior members of Bohemia's royal dynasty(typically sons of the king) would rule other lands as vassals. And generally ruler of Bohemia had sovereignty over these lands. (Charles IVth was-for example -margrave of Moravia during reign of his father John) Charles IV just introduced written 'constitution' for this long established system that has already existed for 400 years prior Charles' rule.
Amazing! thank you so much for this vid, I don't think many people outside of the visegrad countries are familiar with this. Also, 1:48 is just about the coolest rendition of king Charles I have ever seen :D
This is absolutely amazing! I come from the Czech Republic and the numbers of people who don't know where it is or that it even exists is truly horrible... So I'm so surprised that you've learnt all these information just because of this game :) great job! I hoped that it might spread the knowledge of our little country but this is so much better :) thank you for that 😊 (btw it's a bit weird to hear those names in English but I also must say that some of them must be really hard for foreign citizens :D you did well tho :) )
Hello from Bohemia.... er, Czechia ;) Very well researched and relevant. And +1 for discovering - unlike many other early reviewers - that Bohemia isn't Germany :D
Great video, thank you. This is one of the very few games that has actually got me interested to find out more about the period, the location and the characters.. Such an immersive game..
Very interesting time period, and I hope that the events leading up to the War of the Roses and Spanish Unification, two significant events in regards to the future of The Holy Roman Empire, are explores thoroughly. A ton of history to work with and from what I’ve seen it’s all been handled well and accurately.
I don't have much more than a background knowledge of the Wars of the Roses but didn't it have very little if any effect on the HRE? It was a series of internal, civil wars within England.
The thing that impresses me the most with this game is actually the visual design. The landscape looks like it could actually be a real place (often it is based on real places) rather than mostly flat video game worlds. It's nice that the land actually has some dimension to it.
The entire map is based on a real location. This includes placement of castles, villages (down to the individual houses) and landmarks. I believe some stuff is based on actual archeaological findings and old recordings (like drawings and written text). If something is not than it still uses logic from that time (i.e. a tavern in the center of town amongst other things).
Yea, i know, I mean more of the landscape than the architecture. And it's not the first game to base off of real locations, I just think they do an exceptional job of actually translating real locations into a video game though. Like it looks legitimately interesting just to travel the countryside and take in sights
Great concept but honestly, this type of video might need a bit more time. Squeezing even the the most important info about Charles IV. and the 14th century Holy Roman Empire into 4 minutes makes for a pretty headspinning experience, especially when both are relatively less known for most people.
With all of the recent shenanigans from some of the major devs this would be a great time for a game like this to come out and strike while the blade is hot.
"Wenceslaus' lackadaisical rule led to the deterioration of relationships within the empire and in turn revolutions began cropping up because all he cared about was hunting and enjoying the leisures of life." Hmm...
But nobody referred to it as the "holy" roman empire until the 12th century (during the reign of Frederick Barbarossa), they originally called it the Roman empire (as Charlemagne and the pope considered it the successor to that empire). So he was actually technically right.
technically no hes not because anyone from today's age (who are actually the audience of the video) would interpret the holy roman empire and the roman empire completely differently. But yes you're correct, they called themselves romans before because they wanted to be the successors to reunite the empire.
ITS ROMANIA NOT ROMAN... Very different nations... Even found some articles for you romaniatourism.com/history.html As far as I can remember from elementary school about our history... And Ive seen some big youtube videos with this misspell/mistake in its description and it actually left me wondered how do you actually call it in english since its called Rumunsko and not Řím or Římské Impérium or Svatá Říše Římská... And if I remember correctly Roman never actually been here or there maybe only small mentions waay older (like before 1000AC) than this games setting(breaking of 14 and 15th century)...
I love the additional historical context. I pray this game takes off and redefines the genre. I like Skyrim, but the chosen one magic wielder has become more than a bit of a trope at this point.
I really hope this does well because as someone who's half Irish I would love to see an Irish expansion, especially because the whole battle over what's now LondonDerry Ireland is really interesting. I'm also really want an Irish expansion because I'm actually a descendent of the O'Cahans, whom ruled Derry and quite a lot of Ulster (Northern Ireland) for about 5 or so centuries until The Plantation of Ulster in 1600 which forced my descendants to flee in 1607. It'd be cool to experience that time period even if it was just digital
+James McCluskey I dont think the devs will go outside of Bohemia since they are Czechs. Its much easier to make an accurate game from your country than some other country youre not familiar with.
Yeah, it is easier and Hussite wars started only few years "after" this game. They would have materials for another two games just from this crazy era.
James McCluskey i definitely want kingdom come to become a series to explore time periods like this. Ireland and Scotland are both ripe for this kind of game play.
Really hoping this turns out well. I really like the idea of it being realistic but I'm a little concerned about the combat. It looks realistic but is it fun? Will there be enough to do in terms of side content and is the main quest engaging, fun and well made? Soon we'll find out.
Niall Mahon yeah true. First person actor combat in some other games actually look better. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out. Some youtubers said it feels great.
There's nothing holy or roman about the hre. I agree. Also after this time the empire really went downhill. It would be lying to say the emperor had much power.
If any one wants to learn about the events leading up to this game you should look at emperor sigismund's wiki page it covers the crusade he lead and the battle of nicoplolis aswell as his campaigns in Italy and bohemia and how he became king of Hungary through marriage
Good simple and compact. Great video. However the part about the HRE was really really short, even though it was such a massive presence in that region and time period. But I would concur that it would've never fitted in a 'relative' short video to fully explain the empire and its impact on the local kingdoms, duchies, counties etc. Perhaps it is not even necessary because most people are already familiar with the HRE and it's history.(At Least I hope so) Maybe I just vastly underestimate what Americans learn about European History (Apart from the history of France and the UK), but I somehow doubt that. Oh well, as an medieval historian I'm extremely excited about this game and I hope that historical rpg games are going to become much more prevalent. 'Cause there are so many wonderful other locations and periods in history who frankly do to deserve this kind of game.
Great work, greetings from Czech republic :) There is only one thing- Wenceslas IV. was not as bad as historians thought. This popular belief is rooted in Czech history because of one chronicle, where other things were correct and credible, but the writer did not like Wenceslas. Just look up Wenceslas Bible, it was made for him. Does not look like something for hunter...
Oh cool, we get to make or i guess see a change of power happen before our eyes. I'm legit excited for this game. I wonder if we can get a knighthood. I can't remember if there's mounted combat. But i wouldn't mind being in a cavalry charge!
3:46 NO! Sigismund was partly elected by Hungary and Croatia, partly inherited the throne after the death of Louis I, his father-in-law, and partly took it by force (it was a bit of a civil war between his supporters and supporters of a Habsburg prince). Charles IV had NO power what-so-fucking-ever in the Kingdom of Hungary, because Hungary was completely separate and independent kingdom from the HRE!
They holy roman empire should not be mistaken with the actual roman empire. It never really was an actual empire but more of an alliance. Also it actually had nothing really to do with rome but was more like a successor to Germany. Its also called the holy roman of the german nation.
You referred to the Roman Empire lasting until 1806, but this was the Holy Roman Empire, created a few hundred years after Rome fell to the barbarians. Lots of info, all of it very interesting, so I left 2 links (wikis) Roman Empire, and Holy Rom. Emp. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Empire en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Roman_Empire Western Rom. Empire lasted until around 480, then the Holy Rom. Emp. started up around 800 / 962 (whether you consider Charlemagne or Otto as the beginning). This was really separate of the real, fallen Roman Empire, but was still contested by an Italian, and after a few civil wars, revived in 962 (Otto). From here it went on until 1806, although it wasn't really called the "Holy Roman Empire" until the 13th century (Kingdom Come Deliverance is set in this time). To add to a complicated subject, there was an Eastern Roman Empire (Constantinople) that lasted until 1453, but has no relation to this game. Truly fascinating history, I'd recommend reading both articles when you find time, although they're long. The wikis are just skims of the surface though, and there's an entire civilization worth of information .. a real treasure trove of history.
Way there are different pronunciations of names is because when you speak English you pronounce the name in English with English linguistic rules. When you speak Spanish you pronounce the name in Spanish with Spanish linguistic rules, etc. There is never one way to pronounce a name in every language.
I’ve got a gaming computer with GTX 970 but I also have a PS4 Pro, any advice what to get it on? I think the game has potential with mods but you can only get them on PC, but my PS4 Pro with my 4K TV will look visually amazing.... don’t know which one to chose
Very nice and informative but I would like to mention one thing: 1403 was in the 15th century, not the 14th (just as from 2000-2099, it's the 21st century, not the 20th).
Sigismund's father didn't give him shit. Sigismund's father and I Charles (Hungary) organized the marriage with the later Queen of Hungary when she was a princess.
These are idealized Cumans from the 13th century but NOT FROM 15TH CENTURY HUNGARY. Please check out the links I have placed below my first comment. In the early 15th century the wear and equipment that the Cumans used in Hungary was already partialy east-central european as the wall-paintings very precisely show to us. In the game we can't see any similarity to these wall-paintings.These full middle-asian look like Cuman warriors (in this so-called historically accurate and credible game that does not really want to be a fantasy) are absolutely fantasy in the 15th century hungarian army at all. In addition, the game developers could have found a Turkish guest worker in Europe who would have given his voice to the Cumans, since they spoke their mother tongue at the beginning of the 15th century in Hungary. For example, there is Our Father christian prayer in cuman (turkic) language from the mid 15th century Hungary.
The Holy Roman Empire is not the same as the Roman Empire. The (Western) Roman Empire fell apart more than three hundred years before the HRE was started by Charlemange. Game looks sweet though...
Jan Hus is mentioned he has a page in the history section, not sure if he in the game but he was mentioned in the historical character but not of them are in the game.
The Holy Roman Empire was not the Roman Empire. The Eastern Roman Empire still existed albeit only having Constantinople & Sparta left in 1403 while the West had already fallen.
The "upper" and "lower" does not necessarily mean "northern" and "southern". These things often mean literally upper and lower, as in mountainous and flat or in regards to rivers. I think that is also the case of Silesia, as Odre river starts in the south and goes northwards.
Guys u have no idea who devs are Main man behind game was one of the most famous reviewers for gaming magazine in czechoslovakia where computers are popular since Amiga this it's only one truly deeply made game no some fake big company shit with only promises
It's in the 15th century it's in 1403. in your video you said 14th century.. 1403AD was at the beginning of 15th century en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_years Find 1403 in that list.
Heh, and what would you expect for a "town" of several dozens of people and in the middle of the day? Everyone had a job, dude. And they were trying their best to earn some living. This is not a capital with aristocracy just strolling about. Smiths are in their workshops, others or on the fields, or in the forests, mines, etc. I guess you are spoiled by fantasy games and TV shows. I remember settlements from Stargate SG1, tons of people in markets, all dressed up. It was nice, but no way accurate portrayal of medieval society outside of capitals or really big trading hubs.
Malisman77 calm down kiddo..i’m just saying. At least they add a few more peoples roaming / passing the town streets.I’m not saying this game will sucks etc,and i preordered this to give it a shot.
I guess it was more aggressive than I intended. Since I know the modern location where the game takes place, I know there is a lot of small settlements, not bigger then the one in the game. And it is realistic that you do not meet a soul in the midday :)
Great video! Sounds right, eventhough a lot is being downplayed. But hé, what you want to do right? This isn't the university. One remark though: it's the 15th century, not the 14th. (14th= 1301 - 1400, 15th = 1401 - 1500, the game is in 1403 so the 15th century). Happy that my history education can finnaly be used. :'') Keep up the good work!
Nice video, thank you :)
Warhorse Studios My pleasure. Thanks for taking the time to tune in!
I'm glad I can get more info on this game, I'm so excited.
This is cool as. Its a little thing but really shows that your team listen. Seen comments like this on other videos about your game and it gives me a lil fuzzy feeling.
God save ya Henry!
Message to Warhorse, you guys are very active on social media. That's a lot more than we can say for others.
the games story was spoiled 600 years ago

I wrote a paper on assassin's creed, and somehow got a B lol
It's gonna be a hidden gem. Mark my words........
MaxBlaze I hope not hidden... It needs to grow. This company is quite ambitious and fresh.
Game is going to be going against some strong competition so this game is probably going to get burried.
Naclyn Erick II I wouldn't know. This game has my full attention lately.
I was thinking more of a rough diamond.... slightly hidden too
It's already gotten too much press to be a hidden gem.
Must not overhype. Must not overhype. Can't wait, but must not overhype. I have missed these complex style RPGs with consequences for doing quests and actually missing out on others.

Stone Bull 0728 Haha If it’s relevant I’ll consider it!
I agree, this was fantastic and really adds to getting yourself immersed in a game. Would love to see more of these
Honestly Matty, this may be one of your best videos, you really put stuff together well when explaining things

Henry! You son of a b... blacksmith
Very insightful, i love history. I hope we get more historically accurate games in the future.
I would love to see a realistic and historical RPG on England, anywhere from the Anglo-Saxon period to the Plantagenat Dynasty
Great video Matty, thanks. Really looking forward to playing this game.
Molitov Michelle Thank you :) hope the game is exactly what we’re expecting.

Thank you for the quick and insightful prologue! Now I feel like I can get back into this game with some better context.
I think Hussitian rebelion is next to come from this studio :)
I don't have much more than a background knowledge of the Wars of the Roses but didn't it have very little if any effect on the HRE? It was a series of internal, civil wars within England.
Excellent video, and well-written. Love your maturing content. It's a great progression to watch.
Roberto Correa :)
They took Google maps and medieval and used that has a reference point.
Actual real life Lore
I actually love the fact that not many people know about this incredible game!
Perfect, just the background information i was looking for. Just started playing the game. Cheers!
is possible for you to share your sources- I'm very interested on reading into more details on Bohemia and the rule of Charles IV
Should I buy Wasteland 2? I don’t normally play birds eye view RPG’s but It looks pretty cool.
History is fascinating when narrated the right way!
Awesome vid, my man - knowing the history will make the game even more enjoyable!
Hey Marty will you be doing a play through on kingdom come?
"Wenceslaus' lackadaisical rule led to the deterioration of relationships within the empire and in turn revolutions began cropping up because all he cared about was hunting and enjoying the leisures of life." Hmm...
Great content man. I really like this new kind of videos.
I think you meant the holy roman empire rose in the 800's. Rome technically began in the 9th century BC ;)
Yup lol. Forgot to mention one word and it takes on a whole different meaning.
Americans, but from where in the Americas?
This game is made by Daniel Vavra - a creator of Mafia game.
You can bet it is great and it will be the milestone in the world of games.
James McCluskey they would probably not they could do like a sequel though about it
+James McCluskey
I dont think the devs will go outside of Bohemia since they are Czechs.
Thijs van Abs I feel the combat may be too difficult to the point where it isn't fun but I guess we'll have to see.
fizpop01 that would be unfortunate. They need to find a good balance. I don't mind a challenge but too challenging is never good.
I don't even think the combat looks realistic, have you seen the way it locks onto your enemies and people just clip through each other
Niall Mahon yeah true. First person actor combat in some other games actually look better. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out. Some youtubers said it feels great.
Well the footage you might have seen is from a two year old beta. I do HEMA and this looks like HEMA
Great explained I always was curious on the history
In the description you wrote 13th century, that's 1200 AD and not the 1300 I'm sure you were going for.
mamberu probably just a brain fart dude
I know, just thought he'd like to know.
Yup, brain fart. Uploaded this late last night. Thanks so much for pointing it out haha :)
HRE IS NOT ROME
Is Sir Morien in this Era?
Great work, greetings from Czech republic :)
There is only one thing- Wenceslas IV. was not as bad as historians thought. This popular belief is rooted in Czech history because of one chronicle, where other things were correct and credible, but the writer did not like Wenceslas. Just look up Wenceslas Bible, it was made for him. Does not look like something for hunter...
I pre-ordered it, love what i saw so far
Thanks for the history lesson man!
Okay but why in the first map is upper Lusatia below lower Lusatia?
Because the rivers run north to the Baltic sea. People didn't look at maps when they were naming stuff in medieval :D
Just a heads up this takes place at the beginning of the 15th (1406) century not the 14th (1300s).
Thanks for the history lesson. Surely will buy this game on release date.
Oh cool, we get to make or i guess see a change of power happen before our eyes. I'm legit excited for this game. I wonder if we can get a knighthood. I can't remember if there's mounted combat. But i wouldn't mind being in a cavalry charge!
gonna be interesting to see how they depict the various ethnicities of 15th centruy bohemia.
I wonder what mods will come out for this.
this is such a great game. I really enjoy the immersion
Great Video Matty
Thanks. Greetings from the Czech republic.
Emp.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Empire
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holy_Roman_Empire
Western Rom.
The wikis are just skims of the surface though, and there's an entire civilization worth of information .. a real treasure trove of history.
you could make a whole new chanel based on historical and scientific facts tied in with games,
Minus the jump cut edits. That shit is so distracting me.
I like this kind of "Heads up" video
Hey Matty. I wish you good luck. Nice video
Great idea, thank you very much for this video.
I'd like to see a game set in the sengoku jidai period of Japan think how cool it'd be to see what feudal Japan looked like.
Matty, dropping the knowledge
Way there are different pronunciations of names is because when you speak English you pronounce the name in English with English linguistic rules. When you speak Spanish you pronounce the name in Spanish with Spanish linguistic rules, etc. There is never one way to pronounce a name in every language.
I’ve got a gaming computer with GTX 970 but I also have a PS4 Pro, any advice what to get it on? I think the game has potential with mods but you can only get them on PC, but my PS4 Pro with my 4K TV will look visually amazing.... don’t know which one to chose
great work matty!
As a lover of medieval history, I'm hyped. But I'm going to wait about a week to see what the reviews are like, who's with me?
God, I hope they do a Grunwald campaign DLC.
The Holy Roman Empire is not the same as the Roman Empire. The (Western) Roman Empire fell apart more than three hundred years before the HRE was started by Charlemange. Game looks sweet though...
It'd be great if Jan Hus or the Hussites were in this.
maybe Hus, but too early for Hussites
Jan Hus is mentioned he has a page in the history section, not sure if he in the game but he was mentioned in the historical character but not of them are in the game.
Maybe there will be sequels featuring those.
If fairness, I've just done a quest related to Jan Hus so I'm happy!
Dlc
The Holy Roman Empire was not the Roman Empire. The Eastern Roman Empire still existed albeit only having Constantinople & Sparta left in 1403 while the West had already fallen.
Cope
Why are the upper and lower territories backwards?
The "upper" and "lower" does not necessarily mean "northern" and "southern". These things often mean literally upper and lower, as in mountainous and flat or in regards to rivers. I think that is also the case of Silesia, as Odre river starts in the south and goes northwards.
Filip Batora Ah, didn’t know this. Thanks for the info dude.
I was wondering how much of the history they throw at you was true. Good to know the answer is most if not all.
Is kingdom come your new Sponsor?
mombo 2811 No, this was just a cool idea I had. I don’t take any form of sponsorship on the channel.
Getting alittle ahead of myself here, but perhaps there can be a dlc with Vlad the impaler. Though alittle later in this timeline.
Volinkrien go to their channel and submit that. They're very interactive with their audience.
Vlad was Romanian and had nothing to do with this.
Vault 703 Overseer AS DLC, Romania was near the kingdom of Hungary and the not too far from the timeline.
This is not set in kingdom of Hungary
Cullen Diethron I know, but it is well before in the same the area of the hungary.
I'm rather hyped for this game. I love the realism!
super video je to řečeno přesne Dan Vavra je patriot a super človek
Thought that was Guts from Berserk in thumbnail.
Love this
You said 14th century for the setting of Kingdom Come Deliverance yet I think you meant 15th century as in 1403
Looks fucking awesome but waiting for a review.
Do we know if Henry is czech or german?
In those days he would probably refer to himself as “Bohemian”, no matter the language. But according to a story, his native language was Czech.
Nothing has been down for the British empire game wise, it was the biggest empire in its time. This game is earlier in history
What the fuck? There has been bunch of games that deal with the British empire.
Near perfect game
Guys u have no idea who devs are Main man behind game was one of the most famous reviewers for gaming magazine in czechoslovakia where computers are popular since Amiga this it's only one truly deeply made game no some fake big company shit with only promises
It's in the 15th century it's in 1403. in your video you said 14th century.. 1403AD was at the beginning of 15th century en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_years Find 1403 in that list.
0:45 that town looks so fuckin' empty
The Holy Roman Empire was not actually Roman. The last Roman empire ended in 15 Aug 1461 when the Byzantines fell.
good stuff matty
Great video! Sounds right, eventhough a lot is being downplayed. But hé, what you want to do right? This isn't the university. One remark though: it's the 15th century, not the 14th. (14th= 1301 - 1400, 15th = 1401 - 1500, the game is in 1403 so the 15th century). Happy that my history education can finnaly be used. :'')
Keep up the good work!
