how to replace rear shock absorbers on a bmw e91 touring

how to replace rear shock absorbers on a bmw e91 touring 2004 - 2012.
Note:
I have to replace three more parts of this shock absorber, an additional video will be released soon!
I didn't have all the parts, so I still had to order them.
the missing parts are:
dish rear damper, strut bearing rear bottom and rubber seal for rear shock absorber
here are the bmw numbers of the parts that are still missing:

Hi Sir.. do you know why my e90 320d m-sport 2011 Rear Absorber(original absorber came from factory) didn't have Bump Stop? I noticed that when I want to replace mount kits, seems like my Metal Cap attached on Black plastic cover not Bump Stop, what should I do suppose to add Bump Stop?
