I think it's likely that she does take drugs, seeing as how the first time she was on the show she basically lied saying she couldn't urinate. Depending on what drugs she is taking, she could have drugs out of her system in a couple of days and just stop taking and a few days before she was tested by CPS/the courts. I think her oversleeping so much is also an indicator of drug use (possibly withdrawal). But I think she would be unstable with or without drugs, for sure.

The only reason to refuse a drug test is because you know you are gonna fail. I have been clean and sober for 15 years and if anyone (Employer or the like) requests a drug screen I happily go and drop a sample. I have confidence to do this as I know the results before the test is done. The only time I ever refused to take a test was when I knew it was not likely that I would pass. I would always use the same lame excuses as this woman did.
