As someone who has PCOS it's so irritating to see her try to use the condition as an excuse even if she does have it. I don't know why but just the way she tried to push it in their face as an excuse rubs me the wrong way

PCOS is a endocrine disorder. It's a unbalance of androgens and other hormones that can cause issues with things like infertility. It's actually the leading cause of infertility in women of childbearing age. Commonly it can cause cysts in the ovaries that can cause great pain. It often leads to other issues such as diabetes because often women with PCOS have an insulin resistance. That's kinda an overview. I hope I explained everything as well as I can. I was diagnosed three years ago but sadly it's hard to know a lot about it because there are a lot of conflicting ideas that seem to circulate. I had to go to a specialist and even then I felt like I wasn't getting a clear view of what was going on. If anyone else who sees this can explain more or anything better or if I said something wrong let me know. This is just information I've gathered in the past 3 years but I'm by no means an expert
