Chinas growing support for German companies investments has been a success story for both countries for decades. The second and third largest economies in the world. I wish this could be extended to a political consensus as well. But I think that will have to wait until the next elections in Germany (as the current government is nothing but a proxy for US foreign policy for the most part). By the way, the role and influence of the German automotive industry on the German government is often greatly exaggerated. See Brexit for an example.
Me personally, I love Chinese people (I have dealt with them quite frequently when I was doing enterprise IT support for some of the biggest companies in the world). Together our two countries could change the world for the better. 🇩🇪 ❤ 🇨🇳
