I invested heavily in Chinese stocks a long time ago, and I can tell you one thing, their price action is in another dimension compared to their American counterparts in the same sectors. There is a lot of brazen naked shorting and whereas the US stocks are all over inflated.

I get the reasoning behind swapping of assets and liabilities from the local government to the central government but doesn't that lead to more centralization and dependence of the local government on the central government in the long run?

7. 空气制水：农业的可再生能源解决方案
可再生能源还可以通过大气制水装置（AWGs），利用风能或太阳能从空气中提取水分。这种清洁水源可以用于戈壁沙漠等干旱地区的农业灌溉，将荒地转化为可耕种土地，从而提升粮食安全。

most likely, it takes time for markets to manifest effects. Taking like for like in USA, their rate raising only manifested 1-2years later, which US Fed kept raising rates. I believe, slow and steady approach here for China would be similar and takes 6-12months to show in the markets

Probabaly if the stock market has been moving in a stablise trends for sometimes already then it will be wise to buy now notwithstanding without any adversaries occuring around the world.
Hopefully, with the stimulant applied, its hidden forces bearing unforseen circumstances may just spurts upwards to a new level without prior anticipation as it is now at a new driven stimulant level at a vigor yet to be manifested.
The stimulant has shown the goverment is committed to having a healthy stock markets. This is good for the institutional investors.
