She won't be "just fine". She will be taken care of, yes. But mentally. This is so horrible for her. She was already taken from her biological parents. And the ones she knows as her parents now, she's being taken from again. It is so tragic. I am very happy that she has Savannah, Grayson, Chase, and even Nanny Faye but I hope they get her into some counseling cuz that's going to majorly affect her mental health. And Nanny Faye has cancer now and is getting old so I'm sure she'll lose her soon too. Which breaks my heart for the whole family..
I consider a blessing that Chole has these wonderful people in her life. People make mistakes and sometimes they have to pay for them. Sometimes we are wrongly accused, but true always prevail. I believe that Savannah will do well raising her brother and niece. I was raised by my big sister, and I turn out great!

Already got the ten yrs old dressed as a teen. Like Kim Kardashian oldest Thought Chloe was a child child last week. With natural hair. Got teeth fixed already as well ridiculous to me. This is just a sad situation I feel, as a human, as an equal of humanity... our world needs more understanding and compassion than ever before... so before we all close our eyes tonight, give thanks in all you have surrounding you, without judgements...no one is better than the other.
The youngest is losing another set of parents, and the person now responsible for her has just announced to the world how neglected she was by her biological parents. That’s damaging.
She’s stressed because the law has finally caught up with her, and now she has to face the consequences for all her crimes. The same reason why most criminals are stressed when they’re about to go pay for their crimes!

My heart truly goes out to this family. I hope they hear of my message because they truly helped me to heal. The first time I heard of and saw the Chrisleys was August 2021. The doctors told my family and me that I probably would not live. I told them I had lots of faith and to leave me to pray. It was probably 7 days later I woke up and asked what day it was. The tv was on and I saw this show it was very low and I could barely hear it but the family seemed so nice and close. Everyday I would look at this show and one day I asked if they could turn the sound up. I loved this show. I have a very close family and the fact that my children/grandchildren or Mom or any of my family couldn't visit was heart breaking, but definitely understood, I had just lost my husband whom I loved so much in 2020 to cancer and diabetes. The Chrisleys became my family and they gave me something to look forward to everyday. I know what they did was wrong and as we tell our children we must take responsibility but as someone said this sentence was not right. I see the strain on Julie and Todd because they love their family. I hope somehow their sentence is shorten, not because of who they are but because others did the same thing and didn't get such sentencing. We all know of others who broke the law and did even worse so there is no need to call names. Lets keep praying for the whole family. I truly thank the Chrisleys and often tell others how important they were durning my recovery. I will be praying for them.
This all just breaks heart. While I do think they deserve some sort of punishment, attempted murderers get less time. Violet repeat criminal offenders get less time. This whole family is hurting. They love their children and their granddaughter so much. I wish they could alternate the sentences. Poor Nanny Faye too. 😢

The Chrisley’s did all of this on their own. I feel bad for the younger kids. Todd and Julie knew exactly what they were doing. I would have. Especially if it’s defamation of character. I wonder if Faye was actually aware what they were doing. I just can’t see her signing legal documents without knowing what she was signing. Their main concern is to keep chase and Savannah on tv/ podcasts keeping them trending and relevant. So they have something to come back to after prison. I tell ya I’m really worried for Miss Julie! You can see the suffering on her face or at least I can. I know as a mom what is primarily running through her mind & that’s what if 1 of my kids gets hurt while I’m away. It’s just sad. I do think they are probably guilty & my heart still breaks for them & I still love their family.
I appreciate that they adopted Chloe. Now they should stop throwing stones at both of her parents. The way Savannah just aired out Chloé condition when she was brought into the family care was DISGUSTING! That part was so unnecessary and should've been kept private. Also Todd & Julie are old enough to know that the IRS DOES NOT PLAY ABOUT BANK FRAUD & TAX EVASION, these types of charges are taken very seriously and you will serve a hefty time for it. Todd and Julie knew what they were doing and they damn sure wasn't thinking about Chloé, Grayson, & Grandma Faye. The judge had to go by the sentencing guidelines…I did five years federal time for a lesser crime..Federal court is much much different than state…Nobody wants to go to prison I didn’t want to but when you make a bad choice prison is your punishment…And they do have many things to rehabilitate inmates…If I can do five years your mom can do seven…

I watched this earlier and I heard a bunch of blaming of others from Savannah. Yes it’s sad that Chloe is going to lose her grandparents for a while but they have no one to blame but themselves. You do the crime, you do the time. All they had to do was admit what they did was wrong and I’m sure the judge would have been even more lenient on them. She could have been bitter and gave them both 20-30 years in prison but she was on easy on y’all and gave them the bare minimum time in prison.

In that case, the judge must specify reasons for departure. Having underage dependents is what Julie’s attorney tried to factor in on her behalf. Prosecutors were pushing for 17-22yrs for Todd and at least 10yrs for Julie. They were facing up to 30 years each. The judge was quite fair, honestly. It could have been much worse. Plus, for convicted federal charges you must serve 85% of your sentencing. Julie could end up serving 5yrs and 9months. Chloe will still be in high school.
Feeling like major corporations pay zero taxes yet Fed's make the Todd and Julie the example. The sentences seem way too long and the judge was unreasonable not allowing them to stagger the sentences. Sending prayers to your family.

It would be so much better for the child. The child did no wrong to lose both her parents. That's just my opinion. It doesn't mean I'm right.

Savanah's comments on Chloe's biological mom were so unnecessary and so nasty. The mom knew she needed help and came to y'all for help, she knew she had a problem and wanted what's best for her daughter. Every single person has said or done something that goes against Gods word. Oh wow there’s nothing “ REAL” about them ‼️ This was 15 years of CRIMINAL behavior hurting not just small banks but individuals. Like the judge said they weren’t thinking about the kids or granddaughter while being career criminals but expected the judge to think about the kids during sentencing. I feel terrible for the kids. Savanna is definitely stepping up to the plate and I have no doubt she will get through this. The parents just have to focus on the fact that this sentence will and they will get through it and to take measures while they’re incarcerated to become better people.
Most people that go to the bank and ask for a loan don't send in phony documents showing that they have more money than they actually do. Most people wouldn't show that they had 4 million dollars in a Merril Lynch account when they had no such account there. If regular people get denied for a loan, they move on not scam and lie

Bless them beyond. My oldest granddaughter, she’s at time felt my youngest daughter has been her mom figure, this is so important. No child, regardless of age, need a parent figure. This is just a sad situation I feel, as a human, as an equal of humanity... our world needs more understanding and compassion than ever before... so before we all close our eyes tonight, give thanks in all you have surrounding you, without judgements...no one is better than the other.
The youngest is losing another set of parents, and the person now responsible for her has just announced to the world how neglected she was by her biological parents. That’s damaging.

My heart truly goes out to this family. I hope they hear of my message because they truly helped me to heal. The first time I heard of and saw the Chrisleys was August 2021. The doctors told my family and me that I probably would not live. I told them I had lots of faith and to leave me to pray. It was probably 7 days later I woke up and asked what day it was. The tv was on and I saw this show it was very low and I could barely hear it but the family seemed so nice and close. Everyday I would look at this show and one day I asked if they could turn the sound up. I loved this show. I have a very close family and the fact that my children/grandchildren or Mom or any of my family couldn't visit was heart breaking, but definitely understood, I had just lost my husband whom I loved so much in 2020 to cancer and diabetes.
The Chrisleys became my family and they gave me something to look forward to everyday. I know what they did was wrong and as we tell our children we must take responsibility but as someone said this sentence was not right. I see the strain on Julie and Todd because they love their family. I hope somehow their sentence is shorten, not because of who they are but because others did the same thing and didn't get such sentencing. We all know of others who broke the law and did even worse so there is no need to call names. Lets keep praying for the whole family. I truly thank the Chrisleys and often tell others how important they were durning my recovery. I will be praying for them.

This all just breaks heart. While I do think they deserve some sort of punishment, attempted murderers get less time. Violet repeat criminal offenders get less time. This whole family is hurting. When she detailed her parents or Todd as a monster. Now the ex wife of kyle is saying Todd tried to force her to lie for them. Todd has not filed a lawsuit against Tarantino about the alleged affair. I would have. Especially if it’s defamation of character. I wonder if Faye was actually aware what they were doing. I just can’t see her signing legal documents without knowing what she was signing. She’s smarter than that. People forget these people are entertainers. They’ve created these personas. Realty tv. I tell ya I’m really worried for Miss Julie! You can see the suffering on her face or at least I can. I know as a mom what is primarily running through her mind & that’s what if 1 of my kids gets hurt while I’m away. It’s just sad. The way Savannah just aired out Chloé condition when she was brought into the family care was DISGUSTING! That part was so unnecessary and should've been kept private. Also Todd & Julie are old enough to know that the IRS DOES NOT PLAY ABOUT BANK FRAUD & TAX EVASION, these types of charges are taken very seriously and you will serve a hefty time for it. Todd and Julie knew what they were doing and they damn sure wasn't thinking about Chloé, Grayson, & Grandma Faye. They were so busy trying to keep up with a "Lifestyle" that they ignored the heavy consequences.

The judge had to go by the sentencing guidelines…I did five years federal time for a lesser crime..Federal court is much much different than state…Nobody wants to go to prison I didn’t want to but when you make a bad choice prison is your punishment…And they do have many things to rehabilitate inmates…If I can do five years your mom can do seven…

That’s been a long time ago and if she is healthy and thriving in their care then let that be it. There was no need to bring that up for the whole world to hear. I watched this earlier and I heard a bunch of blaming of others from Savannah. Yes it’s sad that Chloe is going to lose her grandparents for a while but they have no one to blame but themselves. You do the crime, you do the time. All they had to do was admit what they did was wrong and I’m sure the judge would have been even more lenient on them. She could have been bitter and gave them both 20-30 years in prison but she was on easy on y’all and gave them the bare minimum time in prison.
Yeah that’s not true. There’s sentencing guidelines. She can’t just give them whatever she wants.

Prosecutors were pushing for 17-22yrs for Todd and at least 10yrs for Julie. They were facing up to 30 years each. The judge was quite fair, honestly. It could have been much worse. Plus, for convicted federal charges you must serve 85% of your sentencing. Julie could end up serving 5yrs and 9months. Chloe will still be in high school.

The mom knew she needed help and came to y'all for help, she knew she had a problem and wanted what's best for her daughter. This was 15 years of CRIMINAL behavior hurting not just small banks but individuals. Like the judge said they weren’t thinking about the kids or granddaughter while being career criminals but expected the judge to think about the kids during sentencing. I feel terrible for the kids. Savanna is definitely stepping up to the plate and I have no doubt she will get through this. The parents just have to focus on the fact that this sentence will and they will get through it and to take measures while they’re incarcerated to become better people.
Most people that go to the bank and ask for a loan don't send in phony documents showing that they have more money than they actually do. Most people wouldn't show that they had 4 million dollars in a Merril Lynch account when they had no such account there. If regular people get denied for a loan, they move on not scam and lie

I think it's a very hard time in these people's lives and I feel like the best thing for them is to focus on each other and how this is going to affect them as a whole family I worry for Clohe and Grayson being there age and because we have so many mean kids and adults out there. I wish your family strength and hope and please remember don't give up on each other stay strong be that family you have shown us all these years strong loving and kind and stay together stay together people feed off of other people's misery it's super sad that we live in a world that people live off of other people's sorrow and despair and I think that what ever mistakes that Julie and Todd made stand together be that loving couple I saw on t.v. don't let haters come between you because they are going to try and I want you guys to make it. I lost my son this year and my life has changed so much but I keep my children and the people I know truly love me so please don't let anyone or anything come between you. My prayers are with you and just stay away from the bad eggs in jail and be a perfect inmate I'm sorry to even say inmates but while your there take advantage of anything and everything the prison offers you. Good luck and God bless you and I will be there if you ever need a friend during your time in jail. I mean that I'm not crazy I just would help your family that's all. Keep your faith strong and never give up your faith God will take care of you... You both should learn as much as you can before you go about jail or the prison to help this huge transformation in your life talk to people who have been that are out living a good life . Don’t they realise that trashing the child’s biological mother is so emotionally damaging to the child. Everyone is trying to score points, but no one is thinking about that poor child who has to hear the hateful, hurtful and offensive words said about her biological mother. The Aunt is no better than the rest of them, she’s slurs in her speech, she appears to be totally doped up with drugs. She has not spoken in a positive way whatsoever, talking about the child overhearing private conversations and pretending that she was unaware. Disgraceful!

Darrell Brooks should have been in jail - he never would have driven through a parade if he wasn’t on bail. Locally, right where I live, Sean Lowry nearly beat 2 women to death!!!! You know what his sentence is????? 18 months!!!! 18 months for nearly killing two women for the simple fact of dating him.
