I’m trying to find the one with red shocks but I can only find the ones with blue. Did your one come with the shocks on your video as I really would like it black and red

Not for me this one but, good job JJRC
they cant even include oil shocks on their 1/14 cars and yet this is 1/20 and has them hahaha
Think something like a strip or two of velcro tape on the battery & the chassis of the car would be all that's needed besides the bodyshell to hold any other battery in place, i do that with the stock 400 mah 2s batteries on my wltoys k989 rally car.
very easily done and if someone is skilled at 3D printing im sure a tray that slots in to the mountings could be printed which would be epic!

Unfortunately not its a 2 in 1 ESC/Receiver may be able to use a separate ESC though

3 or 5 wire steering servo?
yes sorry should have mentioned more info about electronics it is a 35a ESC, 1806 outrunner, 3 wire 9g servo not sure about gyro no mention of it.
I got this car a few weeks back, and I really like it. I opened it up to check on what electronics it had. 3wire servo, AiO receiver ecu, full ball bearings, metal diffs and gears. Only thing I did not like about it is how the wheels are attached to the plastic axel drive by screw, has no hex hub.
No Gyro, but the MJX 14301 gyro should be an easy plug & play

@beyondrc the controller has a DR for throttle, did you have it turned up all the way? Mine was really uncomfortably fast, needed to ease on acceleration. 😅😅
