Hello! The best place to start learning how to use your EM-1010 is via the free training Ricoma offers. After that, definitely check out Ricoma’s UA-cam channel, they have tons of video on the EM-1010. They have have 2 facebook groups which are linked in their channel bios, one you can only access once you purchase your machine. The groups are so helpful with any questions or troubleshooting you may need answered. I’m in both groups as well so if you have a question I can answer I’ll be sure to comment on a post.
