Make sure to time your phaser blasts to a beat, but keep missing it by half a second every ten seconds or so. Rig your photon torpedoes to randomly flare pink in color and transport a single mosquito onto the cube whenever the shields fluctuate enough to let something through. Keep calling the Borg to tell them that they are breaking the 65mph speed limit and they need to pull over, but pronounce the words differently every time you repeat it. Whenever the Borg get onto your ship, have the computer play loud rave music that follows the drones around wherever they move and change the access codes to binary except for a random decimal 3 thrown in somewhere. Have your security teams keep telling the drones happy messages like "we come in peace" while killing them. Try to outright anti-logic bomb them with nonsensical and annoying actions.

8:09 the funniest thing in this shot, is the fact that the nebula class is a miranda class styled ship, while a actual miranda class is flying next to it 😅
Just when I was missing your videos, we get three in a short time! It's either feast or famine, I guess. While the timeline of the Sector 001 is not clear, what is clear is the Starfleet definitely succeeded in building starships that would stand up to the Borg. Would you say that Wolf 359 is the most significant event in Starfleet history? I think the argument could be made, as it shifted the focus of Starfleet refocusing it's missing from one of mainly exploration to one of protection, especially with the Dominion War flaring up. Perhaps a future Trek talk could open the discussion as to the most significant event in Starfleet's history to debate this point? On a different note, one of the reasons that I love your channel is how your videos feel like historical videos that could be used in classes cadets take at Starfleet Academy. The addition in this video of the chyrons indicating the stardate and nothing that it's using "historical footage" adds to this. Lastly, if you don't mind, I've been wondering about your voice. I can't identify your accent, but it, asking with your style of delivery sounds really professional.

There is actually belief that the Bozeman that was mentioned in the scene was Not actually the Soyuz class. As I believe in one of the books mention that the Bozeman is actually retired and replaced with a Sovereign class of the same name....although im not sure if that replacement came before or after the Battle of Sector 001 so maybe that battle is why it gets replaced.
Thank you so much for the support as usual :) The hardest part in these videos is writing the script tbh... That's because I have to research everything and ensure I can back up everything I say in them to counter those people who disagree with something and also to minimize any misinformation! :)
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Well, your hard work is appreciated. As for any disagreement I have on anything you've brought up, they're more topical in that personal preference comes into play. I love EVERYTHING about the steam runner except that secondary hull placement. I say a fan render where the pylons that attached it to the nacelless were connected at the same point but swept forward and up. It looked so much sexier. It felt more locomotive like that way.
Everyone seems to miss and forget those poor bastards on that one Norway class that survived the initial battle only to be obliterated in the Cubes explosion.
The numbering is strange, though I believe it branches out from Earth because Earth was where the Federation started... And there is no canon information yet as to what sector number Vulcan is...
I think I read Vulcan is sector 003. I want to say that each founding member planet has it's own nuumber, then a sector is a cubic space of 20 light years.
I believe the books say and this may indeed be canon that Earth lies on or near the boundary of the Alpha and Beta quadrants. With the 24th century through that probably has been changed.
🖖😎👍Very cool and very nicely well done and very well executed and informatively explained in every detail way shape and form possibly provided to you indeed, And it's a great 2nd one from your Wolf 359 episode, And like your prior one it is very great on of the various starship designs and their profiles with in the battle of sector 001 a job very greatly well done indeed!,👌.
With all the tech and data Voyager brought back the Federation could build the fastest, toughest most bad ass dedicated warship ever. Slipstream, ablative armor generators, borg tech, 8472 data, isokinetic cannon specs, coaxial warp, data on neutronium, cloaking tech, neural linking, transwarp tech, transphasic torpedoes, multikinetic neutronic mines, stabilizing the omega particle and so much more.
And sadly, it was probably all classified and thrown into a planet-sized Indiana Jones-style warehouse to be examined by "Top Pakleds" for all eternity.
Wouldn't it be crazy if Starfleet had their own cube three times the size of a Borg cube. A highly classified warship that operated only during major invasions. Has nine torpedo launchers per face and a phaser bank at each corner. Technology that breaks all regulations and treaties. Cloaked and orbiting the sun opposite of Earth. And I'll call it the Federation Cube.
It's a good point that the Battle Of Sector 001 went a lot better than the Battle Of Wolf 359. That was nothing short of a slaughter. It does make me wonder one thing though. In a few of the original movies, there was a shortage of ships in the area/sector/quadrant even but for the two aforementioned battles, there was loads of ships available. Even if they were destroyed or whatever, some of them were of classes from 100 years previously so where were all of those back when Kirk was forced to take command of the Enterprise in The Motion Picture and in Star Trek Five etc?
this battle would have been even more awesome if, after assuming command of the fleet, Captain Picard had stood up from his chair and said Computer, access manual steering column!
starfleet only needed one butt kicking the various parts from engineers to operations even the science divisions all worked hard to come up with something new... just imagine all the minds it took to throw together all those neat and new ways to function even against the borg.. its staggering~
Maybe it was both/none. Star Trek loves it's quantum. It probably has some quantum shenanigans that make it so every time the ship is observed it is replaced by the other ship.
There were really four defining moments in Star Fleet History: The NX Mission, the development of the Klingon D-7, Wolf 359, and The Dominion War. Each one showed a new stage in Starfleet programs and encouraged both massive building as well as fundamental design changes. Arguably the most shocking *was* Wolf 359, however the Dominion War forced home the need for a massive fleet, much larger than the exploratory and diplomatic fleet of previous eras. New designs, based on plans laid out after the Borg incursion, but with roles developed during the fighting of the Cardassian and Dominion forces revolutionized the fleet.
The millenium falcon participated in the battle as a easter egg. Here is a link of it in the battle and what it looks like search up the millennium falcon in star trek
I like how starfleet spent years militarising for the re match with the borg yet when crunch time came they still had to send the explodium line of ships (miranda and obertg classes) rip to those crews Also hol up does that mean that nebula class ship was the only ship to survive wolf 359? Wasnt there an interactive movie with q saving the ship that was supposed to be the lone survivor?
Its one of 2 possibilities... The Other is the USS Ahwahnee... Unfortunately there's no telling for sure which of the 2 actually survived and which is a replacement... For me though, Id say it did! Makes for a little something added to the story... IE Redemption for the first battle!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Yes tho I think it was an excelsior they depicted and im wondering why did they not then use a nebula ship but I guess that's kinda outside the scope of this :)

8:09 the funniest thing in this shot, is the fact that the nebula class is a miranda class styled ship, while a actual miranda class is flying next to it 😅
Bravo my Friend, beautiful video. I hope you enjoyed your down time.
Thank you, and indeed I did :) It was refreshing and NOW im ready to go again :)
15:40 Future proofing for upcoming Picard series, nice. Though most likely it will necessitate an additional vid. :)
Thank you :) But yes Im sure ill have MANY videos on it once the show comes out :)
Miranda class: The USS Not So Reliant & the USS Explode-A-Lot fought there too
Just when I was missing your videos, we get three in a short time!
LOL I was on holidays and season 2 of the channel was over! I always release 3 videos a week, Monday, Thursday and Saturday! :) Welcome to Season 2 of the Channel :)
For me (up to this point) I would have to say Wolf 359 WAS the most significant event in Starfleet History! For various reasons such as the ones you stated!
And thank you for the support and compliments :) Im glad you both caught, and like, my style of video :) That's exactly what I was going for :)
Oh and Im Canadian :P
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios I knew you were on vacation (a well deserved one, at that, considering the videos you give us). I just meant I was thankful that we are getting so many videos right after your return. I think because I came in a few months ago, I didn't figure out how many videos were being released as I had your backlog of videos to go through. That and I'm oblivious at times.
Canadian makes a lot of sense!
Well thank you so much :) It's very rewarding (and humbling) to get so much praise from Trek fans such as yourself ;)
And I hope being Canadian is a good thing :P
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios you know Canada is a good thing. If not for us they wouldn't have basket ball, ice Hockey or Football or William Shatner!! Or Ezri Dax portrayed by Nicole Deboer!!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Yes, it's a good thing! And your responses and call for civil discussion fits with the Canadian stereotype of being polite!
Shout out to the Nebula Class- Ever since STO came out and I made it a point to pick up a Nebula Class. I wanted her since I was a kid seeing Generations for the first time, personally the USS Farragut looked better then the Ent-D. She is the best looking ship out there next to Voyager of course.
I'm glad we got SOME Galaxy Class representation. It was a shame she never got to finish what she started.
A really great video i enjoyed it very much the Starships @ sector 001 look totally amazing my favourite is the Akira class Starship it's such an amazingly beautiful looking Starship
Great video dude keep it up.
Thank you so much, and ill do my best :)
Starfleet deploying a Miranda to fight the Borg is like any navy of the world deploying gunboats against nuclear aircraft carriers.
like... "Are you out of your ffffffffffvulcan mind?"
Man, I can't wait for ST:Picard. I really didn't care for Enterprise and, thus far, Discovery is nothing to write home about. Definitely looking forward to seeing the characters I know and love again.
I like how it sounds like Starfleet Public Information Service.
Thank you! :)
So many Sleek designs come forward from this era.
cool video. btw do you know what is the admiral's ship during battle on sector 001? it is said that the admiral ship had been destroyed when enterprise just reached the sector.
Unfortunately no, there's nothing in canon to say what ship it was! And thank you!
Just realised the Norway class isn't in STO its the only First Contact ship missing. Whats up with that?
Upcoming lock box perhaps?
I was going to joke about how you missed including the Millennium Falcon here buuuuuuuttttttt..... 9:27 Borg: AAAAAAAAAACHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOO! Whoops there goes down three more Oberth classes because even the Borg can sneeze :D
Forgot the Millennium Falcom
There is actually belief that the Bozeman that was mentioned in the scene was Not actually the Soyuz class. As I believe in one of the books mention that the Bozeman is actually retired and replaced with a Sovereign class of the same name....although im not sure if that replacement came before or after the Battle of Sector 001 so maybe that battle is why it gets replaced.
Really great video!!! The editing must have taken forever. I love your script.
Even things I may disagree with my overriding thing is that you carry on the love for the concept of Trek and do it extremely well.
I was just speaking in general :P Not about you specifically :P LOL And no worries I will continue as long as the prophets willing! :)
Always love your videos😃
Also, what Star Trek series did the dominion war happen, thanks* have a good one 😃
Deep Space Nine, starting at the end of the second season.
Rendclaw thanks friend
With the new Picard series on the way I'm interested to see how warships evolved
Oh me too!
Good content. Keep up the videos.
You forgot to mention the Millennium Falcon ;)
LOL
Yes, Captain Ford and the crew of the USS Lucas (NX-51444) are most displeased.
The regestrynummber is NCC - 1138
I never got the numbering in mind in Star Trek 001 is Earth and then going spiral around or just randomly ? What number is Vulcan?
The numbering is strange, though I believe it branches out from Earth because Earth was where the Federation started... And there is no canon information yet as to what sector number Vulcan is...
I think I read Vulcan is sector 003. I want to say that each founding member planet has it's own nuumber, then a sector is a cubic space of 20 light years.
Unfortunately Novels, Tech Manuals and Star Chart books are not canon so that can not be taken as factual!
I believe the books say and this may indeed be canon that Earth lies on or near the boundary of the Alpha and Beta quadrants. With the 24th century through that probably has been changed.
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios true but in my opinion it does make sense head cannon. Just my opionon. Star Trek is made up.
USS Fraser Crane!
Are those Peregrine Fighters? Are they not counted as a class?
The norway class is super underrated.
Wasn't there a Tie fighter or something you can hear in the battle too? Lol
The millennium Falcon :P I did say other classes may have been there :P
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios 😂
this battle would have been even more awesome if, after assuming command of the fleet, Captain Picard had stood up from his chair and said
Computer, access manual steering column!
You know if i were a captain i would go for a Dominion War era Galaxy Class. They were a force of nature
starfleet only needed one butt kicking the various parts from engineers to operations even the science divisions all worked hard to come up with something new... just imagine all the minds it took to throw together all those neat and new ways to function even against the borg.. its staggering~
Did the Soyuz class survive the battle?
P.D: what a beautiful ship.
I think they should refit the Oberth class and give it some power to kick ass like the Defiant NX 74205
I think one of the unknown sabre classes was named Pendragon with a captain named shiro emiya. If your a fate fan you get the reference.
I don't know it was there but the Starfleet Corps of Engineers ship the USS DaVinci is a sabre class.
Lets see that drone adapt to a good ol Tommy-Gun ;)
So, the Endeavour was the sole survivor of Wolf 359?
Its one of 2 possibilities. The other is the USS Ahwahnee, canon has yet to tell uss which survived!
Randomly saying 'participated in the battle' in my daily life now lol
Attention all Starships, for the battle of Sector-001, the roll of the "Red-Shirts" will be played by the three Oberth-class... >_
The millenium falcon participated in the battle as a easter egg. Here is a link of it in the battle and what it looks like
search up the millennium falcon in star trek
For all the problems in the book Ship of the Line, I like to think that its replacement of the U.S.S. Bozeman is accurate.
You can't have a battle involving starfleet without sacrificing some Oberth class starships Aztec style.
I like how starfleet spent years militarising for the re match with the borg yet when crunch time came they still had to send the explodium line of ships (miranda and obertg classes) rip to those crews
Also hol up does that mean that nebula class ship was the only ship to survive wolf 359?
Wasnt there an interactive movie with q saving the ship that was supposed to be the lone survivor?
Its one of 2 possibilities... The Other is the USS Ahwahnee... Unfortunately there's no telling for sure which of the 2 actually survived and which is a replacement... For me though, Id say it did! Makes for a little something added to the story... IE Redemption for the first battle!
Yes there was a interactive video, but of course it isnt canon! So can not be used as factual!
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Yes tho I think it was an excelsior they depicted and im wondering why did they not then use a nebula ship but I guess that's kinda outside the scope of this :)
Star Fleet classified data aka: the Writers were to lazy to worry about such trivial things like the names of the ships we are seeing on screen.
Nebula class looks better than galaxy IMO least more practical
The USS Bozeman, Miranda class did participate. Can be heard before the battle responding. Captain Morgan Batsen responded, Kelsey Grammer.
Yes you are correct that the Bozeman participated in the battle, but you are incorrect that it was a Miranda Class. The Bozeman was a Soyuz Class starship. And the video mentions this... Here is a link for you to better understand the Soyuz Class! memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Soyuz_class
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios sorry I wrote that earlier this morning. Your right about the class. Read Ships Of The Line. Or if you can the audio book.
Comments: What about the Star Wars ship?
Me: Fuck Star Wars.
its actually kind of weird that starfleet would rename a ship to its prototype sister ship, including giving it the NX registry again.
Huh? What do you mean? How so?
@@TriAngulumAudioStudios Back when the original Defiant was destroyed, Starfleet renamed the 2nd Defiant class USS Sao Paulo to the Defiant's name, and gave it the Defiant's NX registry number, not an NCC designation.
That was to honor her sacrifice, I guess... Weird but understandable!
