As a professional UA-cam watcher, I can state with confidence that your gear pattern looks great... in all honesty, regearing and checking patterns reminds me of those psychologists that show you a blob and ask what you see... "idk a blob?" Looks great
man, you and your brothers are just amazing. you guys are always down to earth but never stop doing what you believe in. thanks to all of you, i've learned so much more. keep rocking!
Loving the build so far, amazing and instructive videos. I am missing powder coating though, you make it seem so easy. Can't wait for the next vid, keep at it
You should paint the fj40 body with the same Cerakote from the axle and do a different color cerakote on all the trim pieces. That would look sharp as heck. Love the build series
I love your attention to detail. I am wondering though why you don't use LubeLocker gaskets on your differential covers? They are a lifetime re-useable gasket without the mess.

Can’t wait to see it finished and out on the road and tracks/trails 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Thanks! I’ve always had good luck with ultra grey!
Love the gold. Or brass. 😊
What I like about these videos is. No special, expensive tools required. All harbor freight tools haha
Exactly! Cheap tools work too!
This project is coming along nicely
I already want to see the frame assembly.
Great "how not to prematurely wear down or destroy a diff ring gear and pinion and bearing preloading" tutorial.
Thanks
What brand did you go with for the Sterling gears? I only see down to 4.88s on the Yukon website. Thanks!
As usual I am excited about the next video. Keep up the good work!
Awesome!!! Thank you.

One brake caliper in front of the axle and the otherside on the back?
