You mean Shibaura PA. Yup, still gets crowded, but this year was the worst ever. Cops are bitting like never, setting up vehicle inspection checkpoints relatively often, closing all PAs after 10PM ( Tatsumi PA, Shibaura PA, Hakozaki PA, Daikoku PA etc)... They've even monted a wall to block the view on Tatsumi PA (can check video on my channel).
Believe it or not, I've been thinking about that million times. I did used to run live videos on my Instagram back in the day (Daikoku, Tatsumi etc), but I do it quite rare lately.
