Pendleton Ebike Battery charger not working? how to make it charge (don't try this at home)

hi, does this bike use the sportdrive motor unit? if so what is your opinion of it? specifically the reliability, I cant find any info on the net about the motor?

Sorry this is only to use a non original charger, if it isn't working you have another issue, cells, wiring or BMS related
