you all probably dont care at all but does anyone know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
@Jamari Lee Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
The filming from all of you was a visual feast and captured the beauty of Japan. The sun came out for you and the friendliness of the local people came across so well.
Those bridges were amazing. What a nice part of your trip. It's always nice to see that there are good people everywhere you go. Take care and stay safe, Al
Hi Al! We are so happy we did it with Andi, a nice part indeed 😊 And our stay at the soba restaurant the cherry on the pie. We hope you well!! All the best, E&M
Oh, you two were spoiled to have Andi along, taking great shots of the two of you riding together! But definitely well deserved after all you’ve put into your lives on wheels. Nice to see the change in weather/fortune, from rainy deluges to clear blue skies. This video, as with many of your others, is beautiful; engaging storytelling and compelling images. Well done!
Thanks for the lovely comment 😊 Andi did an incredible job taking those fantastic shots 👌🏼 We we're fortunate with the weather indeed, happy about that! All the Best! E&M
When I see the images change from camera standing here, camera flying, camera held, camera at bike, action shots, nature shots and so forth, I always think:"Gosh! So much effort!" It is absolutely good work. Great videos. I hope you still get time to enjoy things without the thought of wanting to film it as well! I wish u to stay well so u can keep pedaling and wish for only nice car drivers to go past you 😄
Hi Anna! It is quite some work 😉 We like to film but also don't film all the time and enjoy cycling for what is is for sure! We try to find the right balance. In this video Andi joins us with a drone and GoPro what made for a lot of extra footage to chose from and also longer time in editing. We are happy with the result and read you like it too so that's great 😊 Thanks & All the best! E&M
Some fantastic drone footage crossing the bridges. Great that Andy was able to join you. Spectacular route and scenery. Stay safe Eric and Maudi. God bless.
Guys thank you for sharing, especially as today is my birthday. It would be nice to see you both back home now and to here your views and see how you are both coping with this awful situation we find ourselves in.
Happy Birthday Mike 🎉 We are home and are still looking for the right groove. As things are uncertain it is difficult to plan anything. Perhaps we'll make a video... Have a great Day!! E&M
Hi guys it looks like quite some adventure , its a place i always fancied going , the roads look pretty busy, i would imagine a so beautiful in the countryside stay safe my friends to you and your loved ones ♥.
Hi David! Some places where busy indeed, other parts were very quiet and relaxed. The countryside is very beautiful and with great offline maps they are easy to navigate :.) Thanks and All the best for everyone back Home!! E&M
With you guys Now I know that Japan is a Nice place to ride a bike.. There's a lot bike lane for bikers enthusias and also kind people.. Keepsafe E&M Godbless
Thank you for sharing your adventures. I hope your are fine during the COVID-19. It seems very useful your fuel bottle cage. Do you guys remember the brand?
Glad you both are back safe in your home in the Netherlands. Looking forward to your next adventure once the pandemic is over. I am curious, while traveling around the world, how do you keep your home? Do you rent it out while away?
Thanks Bike Tall! We didn't own a house so we quitted our rent and did away with must of our stuff. Only some boxes left at our families... All the best!
Hi, if it is a private space we always try to ask somebody. In public spaces it is quite easy to camp in Japan. If you are sensible: pitch up somewhere were you don't destroy anything, don't be loud, take your garbage, leave no trace ethics, it is mostly fine. Thanks!!
You are free to camp in public areas but try to keep in mind the ettiquite in Japan is if you are free camping is to set up late and pack up at first light. Which is a pain as dawn is often 4.30 am!!!. Crazy early.
@@WheelstoWander Thanks for your reply. I notice there are tunnels for Shimannami Kaido, is it safe to cycle inside the tunnels, or should we dismount and push the bike instead?
I tried it too, because I saw it on the brochure. Not the best cycle road in Japan, but if one is in the area then can try out. I can't remember if I used my own bike or rental. Certainly already forgot about it.
I didn't know you could fill up the gasoline canisters at gas stations! (or rather i never thought about it) is there a certain valve type the canister should have?
Hi Verena! It is just a dedicated fuel bottle with a screw cap. In our case we have the pump already installed. A bit messy but so handy for finding fuel 😅

exactly 💯👍🏼

Japan is a very well-maintained and well-organized country, and we do not recommend cooking over a fire except at designated camp sites.🙂

Hi, thanks for your video, we are interested in doing bike trips in Japan, but where can we rent the bikes?
Thanks Jeff! There are many bike shops in Japan. In the bigger cities you should be able to find a reasonable bike to rent! Good Luck!
@@WheelstoWander Thanks for your reply. I notice there are tunnels for Shimannami Kaido, is it safe to cycle inside the tunnels, or should we dismount and push the bike instead?
@WHEELS & WANDER FROM WHICH COUNTRY U R?
Hi Kim! We are from Holland
why don't you go to South Korea for riding. In Korea there many beautiful bike paths like 4 rivers bike path... Happy and safe riding!!
We heard about that, we must go next time!!

It is not the best cycle route in Japan but it's the most well advertised. If you have long time in Japan then it is ok. otherwise don't bother.
Last summer, more than 30 people were killed by burning gasoline and arson, and sales other than refueling were banned.
That's horrible! Thank you for filling in what happend!
Looks great. Do you have gps track of this route?
Thanks 😊 The route is very straightforward and no gps in needed!

Hi there what would you Guys budget per week to live on while travelling on your bikes
I comment to you in the other video...
Nice
🙏
Which song is it in the 1st part of the videom
Eric's brother is the artist... You can check out his music via the link in our description. This song is not yet online unfortunately.
How much have you spent on average per day on your trip around Japan?
Mostly around 25€ for two persons. We camped all the time and made our own food. Tokyo was more expensive because of the hotel.
May i know where u get yr gasoline?
At gas stations ;)
They fish because they have to, japan is a farming culture
And they love it too I guess!
You guys create wonderful content. If ya ever come to Shikoku again, I’ll buy ya a dinner, save ya some money!,
🇳🇵
Japan will get rain Season June,
Maybe 10~20day,
And will get tyhoon by monsoon, JulyAugustSeptemberOctober,
Tyhoon No.1 did on Philippine this year,
Yes we were in the middle of typhoon season...!

In China, people can still buy small-capacity gasoline, but they need to register at the police station in advance.
Wow, that sounds like a lot of work for a little bit of gasoline!
@@WheelstoWander Partly, but to avoid unnecessary trouble, I usually use the gas cassette furnace, which almost can be bought everywhere for fuel.
1:50😅😅😅😥😥😥
What a nasty thing, lucky for us not everybody was so strict and we found some petrol in the end!
