Quick question about the contract you sell the customer. Does their monthly payment ever increase or is it locked in at the same dollar amount for the whole period?
Great question! Just depends on the financing they take. Some Power Purchase Agreements and Leases have an escalating rate, others do not. As a homeowner you have a ton of options from loans, cash, leases, and PPA’s!

Why is he selling those old folks a loan if they can’t get the tax credit? They should be on a ppa.
Some insight on this would be good. I recently pulled a 70 year old couple away from this for a ppa w 0 escalator.. They were floored that in 18 mons their payment would go up.by almost 90 bucks for the loan, which agent didn't explain to them of course.

@@simplicityalexeven then the payment is still going up and I bet yall ain’t mentioning that to the homeowner nor the fact that there’s a lien that gets put on the home with a loan so when they come to sell it, they find out they can’t sell the home unless they pay it off 😢

52:21 what? After agreements signed you’re supposed to do a site survey and then do permitting once the homeowner agrees to the final design and any home upgrades needed. No site survey needed in Texas?
Hi Sam here to explain the video each interaction varies from 30 minutes to 3 hours for training purposes I assuming that if a closer is watching they are capable of scheduling a site survey and don’t need training on that so those parts are cut out. However in Texas they do need site surveys.
