I had a chance to meet Robert in Mumbai (India) while he was shooting for Tenet. He is so humble and down to earth. Mark my words..This movie will be one of the best Batman movies of all time

Idris Elba went from LOSERS to play Heimdall, the guy who opened the Frostgate from Asgard in the THOR movies and played Bloodsport in THE SUICIDE SQUAD. Ryan Reynolds was GREEN LANTERN then DEADPOOL. Chris Evans and Zoe Saldana went from LOSERS to playing Captain America and Gamora, respectively in the MCU. It's fitting considering how many writers and illustrators went back and forth working for DC Comics and Marvel Comics and back.

Also, I have a feeling Matt Reeves casted Serkis because of their filming history so that he can CGI different batman characters like Clay Face or Croc while still playing Alfred. That would be kinda cool and will generate a lot of press.
I don't think clayface would be in it Killer croc I doubt aswell but an appearance by him is more likely than Clayface. Seeing as they want to keep it grounded we may not see the likes of them. Maybe things may change who knows.

Ever since I played Arkham Origins, I wanted to see a Batman movie in which he is younger, more aggresive, brutal and filled with rage all the time so much that criminals started freaking out whenever he shows up. This movie looks like its gonna deliver that and I hope it does. I've never been this much hyped for a Batman film in my life.

It’s like a noir detective film with horror elements, If you looks closely at the train shot, you can actually see Batman’s reflection in the window while he’s sorta stalking those face-painted goons when they’re not even doing anything. I heard Batman also keeps a journal and he reads from it as a narrator throughout the film.
If this is the first of a trilogy and basically a movie after what we saw from Batman Begins, then it's going to be amazing. Because Riddler and Penguin are way more interesting than Ra's al Ghul and Scarecrow.
Ra's al Ghul was an incredible villain, a guy who trained Batman who is the most dangerous man alive. Batman scares everyone and a dude who is not scared of him.
SO hyped for this one, the cinematography is gorgeous - prob end up as the most comic-accurate Batman. But them not lifting the veil on Paul Dano as Riddler feels like he's going to steal this movie.
Julie Newmar was the first live action Catwoman. Eartha Kitt was 3rd! So yes, there was a black Catwoman, and there were even black Catwomen from alternate universes in the comics. So it's not woke nothing so far unless the movie will push for it. Which is why people don't say shit about it.

Eartha Kitt was the third Catwoman in the '60s Batman. She came in in season 3, after Julie Newmar in the first two seasons and Lee Meriwether in the movie. I don't think there was ever a mention of the name Selina Kyle, so it's unclear if they were supposed to be playing the same character or if the name was passed or shared between multiple characters. Catwoman just kind of showed up different and everyone rolled with it. Which was almost in a sense even more of a statement by not being a statement. I'm sure some viewers got upset about it, but Eartha Kitt was an absolute badass who didn't take shit from anyone.
You can flip flop Affleck and Keaton. I personally liked Affleck's Bruce more and he seemed more bad--- as Batman. "Tell me, do you bleed?" Keaton had the best-looking suit by far. Affleck was "chunky" / Hulkbuster Batman.

SO hyped for this one, the cinematography is gorgeous - prob end up as the most comic-accurate Batman. But them not lifting the veil on Paul Dano as Riddler feels like he's going to steal this movie.

Julie Newmar was the first live action Catwoman. Eartha Kitt was 3rd! So yes, there was a black Catwoman, and there were even black Catwomen from alternate universes in the comics. So it's not woke nothing so far unless the movie will push for it. Which is why people don't say shit about it.
There is also a black catwoman in the harley quinn cartoon series and i think in some other cartoons as well.

Eartha Kitt was the third Catwoman in the '60s Batman. She came in in season 3, after Julie Newmar in the first two seasons and Lee Meriwether in the movie. I don't think there was ever a mention of the name Selina Kyle, so it's unclear if they were supposed to be playing the same character or if the name was passed or shared between multiple characters. Catwoman just kind of showed up different and everyone rolled with it. Which was almost in a sense even more of a statement by not being a statement. I'm sure some viewers got upset about it, but Eartha Kitt was an absolute badass who didn't take shit from anyone.

You can flip flop Affleck and Keaton. I personally liked Affleck's Bruce more and he seemed more bad--- as Batman. "Tell me, do you bleed?" Keaton had the best-looking suit by far. Affleck was "chunky" / Hulkbuster Batman.
