Just give Hawkins a heartbeat of a running game and a couple more receivers. If he gets comfortable he is dangerous. People don't know how well he can throw the ball with precision you already know he's fast as a hiccup
What impressed me about the o-line against Auburn was that they didn’t have any penalties, no false starts or holding penalties. That is a positive, get better in run blocking and this offense will be good. The tight ends need to get better but they will clean it up during the bye week

Its probably going to take ALL HANDS ON DECK to get through this season. I believe we will need every single player at some point. Not just Jackson Arnold, bit our offense has something good that is sneaky going on that helps us in our favor and that is ....Tape, and Consistency. We can really catch teams off guard this season because we're just finding an identity. There isnt very much at all on tape for a team to study and gameplan against! Its kimd of the perfect setup for us. I can see a reality where, we beat Texas, and Alabama, but it takes Jackson Arnold and Michael Hawkins collectively to make it happen. And not having enough tape on either one of them is what gives us the edge. I feel way better against Texas, they haven't truely earned that #1 and #2 spot. We all thought Michigan was going to be top5 or something. But they are not, Texas has played a lot of the teams that are cupcakes. Even if they beat my Sooners, i cant lie and say they are the 2nd best team. Right now i believe its Georgia who is the real #2. But ... We also need to see how both bama and Georgia does. It's just a placeholder for right now. I hope OU Shocks the nation, and i know we can. Its really bad when Jake Taylor says things like this was our best yard per rush game. If you take the 48 yard scramble out they averaged about 2.6 yards per rush. That is awful awful offense. They get zero push on a consistent basis, we are seeing some all time bad offense from this years team.
