I've been making surf films in my head for a couple decades now, and The She by the Breeders has been a mainstay track in many of my imaginary edits. What a trip to see you open with it. You might as well go ahead and use Sinister Foxx next time, since I'm apparently never getting around to doing this in real life. (It goes at the end credits, btw - pm me for precise instructions.)

Cinematography was so “typical bad quality camera alternative teen that watches noa and dane” type of edit, i absolutely loved the surfing but that needs to change at some point in the new surfing generation. Its almost like a barcode for every new edit now

loved the surfing so much, BUT i can not stand that “alternative, rebel, punk-ish, indie teen” wannabe cliche anymore. I would probably loved it 2 or 3 yrs ago but now It is sooooo overly used, literally every edit that comes out from a dane or noa styled surfer, has that faded “”abstract”” non-surfing shots (non-surfing shots are nessesary and can be amazing, but cmn you gotta be creative) that it gets to the cringe point, even the title and the font, is that “abstract alternative” that looks almost the same as all the others. Dont mean to offend, just giving my critic opinion.
