It's amazing what 10 mins doing mount/dismount drills can do for your speed. Better on tarmac, get to a speed you're just about comfortable to jump off at. Jump off, lift the bike put it back down and jump back on, clip in and pedal 4 revolutions, jump off on the other side, lift, remount, clip in, 4 revolutions, repeat. You should try to do all these steps as fast as possible. You'll find that 10 mins is quite a long time to do this, but you'll also find the speed at which you can jump off into a run will increase until you're not slowing down at any point in the cycle and clipping in 95% instantly. Do that drill once and it will have a huge impact in some races. Do it twice and you'll be able to switch between running and riding like a reflex. I used to jump off my triathlon bike into a flat out sprint into the transition zone with only thin socks for protection, years after doing that drill for mtb racing.
You're f-in hilarious! First time tuning in, won't be my last. Enjoyed the video. Nick is a legend, even we rebels in the US know that. Thanks! Adding this later - ugliest kit I've ever seen, suits you!
